All for the sake of a beautiful picture and money – a complete lack of professionalism!
Unfortunately, Prima Ballet is just a beautiful wrapper that hides rudeness, disrespect and an unprofessional approach.
1. Administrators indulge in rudeness and deception. Communication with parents is condescending, no respect and no desire to help. Moreover, even if the child is not present at the lesson, they still mark his visit, thereby writing off classes without the possibility of recovery.
2. The subscription burned out, even with a medical certificate. We paid for 12 months, the child got sick. Despite the certificate, classes were simply written off, without the possibility of postponement or freezing. The money is lost.
3. The main thing is a beautiful picture, not the convenience of children. We were forced to buy their uniforms, even though we already had the exact same color. The reason? “We need beautiful photos for Instagram.”
4. They take pictures of children and post them online without their parents' permission. Complete disregard for personal boundaries.
5. Rough work with children. If the child is not stretched, he is pulled through the pain. My daughter cried after class.
Everything here is done for the sake of a photo report and profit, not to take care of children. An unprofessional team, disrespectful attitude, and a harsh, ill-conceived system. If you want to save your child's money, nerves, and health, avoid this club!
