The Presidential Palace is very beautifully illuminated at night. Built recently. The building is pompous. We were passing by, there are guards at the gate and fence. It is ok. There are many old dilapidated buildings on the streets nearby. They do not represent any historical or architectural value. I think it's good that this coast of the Kura is being transformed.
