I liked the rest in this complex, the pools are clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The complex is not new and the repairs are not of the highest quality, so there are minor breakdowns and defects in the rooms. We rested in winter and the main disadvantage was the stuffiness in the room, and there are no windows and windows, only a door with access to the pool, but opening it quickly gets cold. Of the advantages, there is a restaurant in which a varied menu is not bad. In general, I recommend the complex, but do not count on full compliance with the name.

A new recreation area, everything is good, clean, beautiful, warm in the rooms. The prices in the dining room are like in cafes in Almaty. There is a shop nearby within a two-minute walk. The water in the main large 1.6m deep pool was hot-water at an air temperature of - 5-10 degrees. And the children's pool is nearby, also rather big, 50cm deep, warm, we sat in it for hours. There is also a third pool, also large in area, where I do not know how. There is also an indoor pool, I haven't been there either :). There are not very many people and I liked it.

It was cool, but they gave us rooms that we didn't want, we wanted 3 families in one room, we should have had a Hall, but something didn't work out and they gave us other rooms. Which were worse than those that were shown to us , and the birthday girl was most upset , she planned this trip , then she couldn't take food with her , but they told us that it was possible, and then they told us on the spot that it was written on their website that it was impossible , but what should we do, we made cutlets , manta rays, they took cheeses , sausage and even milk, no, they forbade us to cut, okay, I agree it's according to THEIR rules , but still at least they would have given us milk, then we rested for 3 days, the first day the water was straight hot, straight buzz and the atmosphere of hot springs, but on the 2nd day the water it was already cold , on the 1st day there was such steam from the water that in the evening there was fog , and on the 2nd day there was barely warm water , even where in fact the water was very hot , it was not as warm as it was , the 3rd day disappointed completely , the water was barely alive , even there was no steam , even though we and we stayed there until 12 , but it was clear that the water was cold

Perhaps one of the best bases in the area. Secure area and parking. One of the pools is always cleaned, so the pools and the water are clean enough. There are hotter/colder pools. The rooms are furnished, the rooms are in order, there is everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, hygiene products. The pressure in the shower room is a little weak, but you can wash yourself. The staff is friendly and ready to help in solving situations. The restaurant is delicious and good portions, you will not stay hungry. All the dishes we took were delicious. Breakfast was included, there were fried eggs, porridge and tea. From what I didn't like: there were dirty dishes in the hallway all the time of our visit, there is no cooler with clean water, although the staff said that you can drink from the tap, there is a refrigerator with drinks in the restaurant. Stock up on delicious bottled water before you arrive.

Ruined output, lost time.

Clean, cozy, beautiful. It is advisable to take rooms on the ground floor with access to the pool. The prices are worth the conditions. Only in the cafe the waiters almost did not have time, as there was a large influx of people. The time is September, October is just right!

Disappointed with the Prestige zone, does not meet expectations!
We settled in from Astana, having come a long way. Fall for beautiful photos and a beautiful description!
The TV did not work in the room, the request to do so was not eliminated or replaced (the child wanted to watch cartoons)!
The room is dirty, the breakfasts are insatiable, it's not worth paying from 35,000 tenge and above!
Since you set such expensive prices, be kind enough to make the service appropriate!
People go for the sake of water and comfortable conditions!

2 cool pools with hot water, but it is advisable to clean them more often, because there is a lot of sand at the bottom.
Decent cuisine on the dinner menu and at the same time lame breakfasts - semolina porridge or scrambled eggs to choose from...and everything... We ordered coffee, and after 5 minutes the girl returned with the words "the grains are over."
The friendly receptionist - at our request, they brought another blanket with duvet covers (standard room), bathrobes, slippers in the room, not just once, as usual in hotels, but it looks like they forgot to change the bed linen, the sheet was dirty... Well, there was no hot water in the room, but this is one of the three rooms rented, in the rest there were no problems with temperature and pressure. Cleaning is lame - a glass bedside table with a century-old layer of dust, and empty sugar bags in the tea set. Someone carefully tore them off the edge, poured out the sugar, and put them back. And the cleaner doesn't seem to look in there - something is lying and well))) We stayed for one night, so we survived)

The service is at the highest level. The kitchen is great. The breakfasts are delicious, although it was possible to make them a little more satisfying.
