The LCD corresponds to its class - economy.
Pros: the apartments are spacious, bright, warm; there are shops, pharmacies, private kindergartens and a couple of schools within walking distance; ksk makes what movements on the landscaping of the territory.
Cons: there is no parking, you can't park at all at night, you have to look for a place; the streets are narrow; courtyards are crowded with cars, which is not safe for children; entrances and elevators require repair and cleaning; an anthill, unnecessarily built up with houses instead of 2-3 of which it would be appropriate to build multi-level parking lots.
