I want to share my impressions of my visit to the "Premiumdent"!
Located in the city center.
Dentistry is small, cozy and clean, fortunately, there is no pathos and "doraga bagata" in the interior! The friendly guys at the reception met and helped fill out the forms! Then the doctor (Dmitry Anatolyevich Mikhnovets) invited me to the office. First, he listened carefully about my problems, asked clarifying questions, asked about allergies and other sores, and then told me how the reception would be held! I looked at all the teeth carefully, told and showed through the mirror about my problems and suggested solutions to them!
The treatment process itself was almost painless. The doctor's movements are clear and confident, he commented on all his actions - it was not scary)) And then I looked at the result: the filling completely imitates a beautiful tooth, there is no "helipad" like others do))

I was amazed! I came to the dentist's appointment with 3D dental images. It was clearly visible that the caries was extensive, and there was very little space left to the nerve. And, God forbid, not to bring the situation to pulpitis - it was necessary to remove caries. The dentist "treated" my tooth in 15 minutes. As a result, after 3-4 weeks, he started to hurt me! It turned out that the tooth was not fully healed! And the irresponsible attitude of the doctor brought the situation to pulpitis!
I was invited to an examination - the doctor did not admit her mistake and said that I would pay for pulpitis for my own money. The question is, why should I pay for the fact that you did your job poorly?
Conclusion: I came to remove caries- I left with pulpitis! I will not recommend this clinic to anyone!

At the same time, I knew in advance that this tooth could not be cured in 5 minutes (we were in another city and had a consultation with another doctor). I shouldn't have trusted premium dent. I believed the reviews. As a result, the child had to have this tooth removed. From this dentistry, there is now a bad memory, a torn tooth and a letter to the child. Now we need an orthodontist, thank you for helping!!! I do not recommend it. The goal is only to take money!!! And not to solve the problem.

I do not advise contacting this dentistry, especially to the doctor Kirikovich Gennady Stepanovich, I put a crown on him, the crown itself is different in color, when installing and filing, I sawed the enamel of the crown to metal and said no one sees it. Now it has been discovered that a tooth is broken under the crown. No one took a picture after installation. The wife treated two teeth from this doctor, too. There is inflammation under two of them now, and during the re-treatment of one of them, untreated caries was found.

Огромное спасибо врачу-стоматологу Юневич Наталье Васильевне и ее медицинской сестре за лечение "неудобного" ребенка. Асы! Работали с девочкой настолько терпеливо, настолько ласково, что я поражалась их адскому терпению. Благодаря их теплому отношению наша Даша успокоилась, лечение успешно выполнили. Кстати, ребенка выставила врач-стоматолог из "Лодэ" как неудобного, посоветовав лечение под наркозом (ребенку-аллергику!). К счастью, мы нашли "ПремиумДент" и Наталью Васильевну. Огромное спасибо администратору, которая помогла с записью к врачу - увидев работу персонала, я понимаю, почему их услуги так востребованы. Из кабинета девочка выходила с хорошим настроением. Не думаю, что персонал после нашей девочки чувствовал себя так же. Никаких упреков, никаких намеков, что ребенок "не такой": улыбаются, подарили зубную пасту и радость всей семье. СПАСИБО!

Сложно что либо тут сказать, ходил на лазерное подрезание уздечки, вырезали небольшую часть и сказали через 3 дня начинать растягивать упражнениями. Два раза в день растягиваю, но уздечка просто болит и почти срослась как было до. Не хочется снова тратить деньги и подрезать.

Обращалась к хирургам 2 раза, один из них - было удаление зуба мудрости. Осталась очень довольна, стала рекомендовать знакомым, планировала детей начать наблюдать и лечить здесь же.
Порекомендовала маме, ей нужно было лечение и протезирование. Доктор Кирикович Геннадий Степанович пролечил все зубы, затем сделал пластмассовую конструкцию, перед установкой металлокерамики сказал, что это обязательно нужно сделать.
Выглядело это откровенно ужасно и неестественно, еще и через непродолжительное время вся конструкция разломалась. Стоило это дорого, выполнено похабно и некачественно. Мама очень расстроена - деньги потрачены немалые, кушать нормально не может, эстетики 0, даже не улыбнуться.
Так же я примерно в тот же период порекомендовала стоматологию еще одной своей знакомой. В результате ей поломали ее конструкцию.
Очень неприятно, такое чувство, что я подвела людей. Очень жаль, но сама больше сюда не пойду и других буду отговаривать.

Обращалась с дочерью к ортодонту (снять распорку с зуба) ФИО врача не знаю, но говорил с явным акцентом. Сложилось мнение, что врач не квалифицированный, т.к. до нас вышла пациентка и сказала администратору , что без оплаты, т.к. помощь не получила. НУ и моя дочь тоже не получила помощь - врач с порога сказал, что такое не делает, инструментов у него таких нет и вообще ответственность брать - не его конек. Согласна что у нас не самая ординарная ситуация, распорка у нас стоит странная (цементом посажена на здоровый зуб, которому еще года 2 стоять) и ставили дочери ее не здесь, а в другой клинике, а врач оттуда уже успел уволится и снять там ее не могут! НО ВСЕ ЖЕ! Зачем тогда вводить в заблуждение людей? Если ты этого не делаешь - проговори это администраторами чтоб не записывали людей на удаление распорок! Зачем тратить и ваше и наше время? Мы с другого конца города ехали с целью решить вопрос, а не с порога слушать - "я не делаю"!
РЕЗЮМЕ: точно не премиумдент и ортодонта не рекомендую, разве что у вас какие-то очень простые манипуляции планируются.

Лечим зубки у дочки. Ротик открывает, даёт получить. Врач Юневич Наталья умеет найти подход к ребенку. Моя малышка до похода в эту стоматологию три раза у разных врачей не давалась полечить зубик, вплоть до истерики, очень боялась. А здесь мы наконец то все залечили.

Не рекомендую. Был записан на 15:00. Попал к доктору в 16:12. Однозначно причину такой задержки так и не понял. Администратор кормила десятиминутными ну вот вот сейчас зайдёте. Окау. Стоял ждал, благо на улице было солнечно. Ибо в самом помещении места безумно мало для ожидания, а стулья были заняты. Зашёл к врачу на лечение кариеса. После беглого осмотра врач сказал «ну… можно не лечить, тут совсем небольшая дырочка». После нескольких вопросов с моей стороны, он сказал, что такое лучше позже лечить, а пока наблюдать. Ладно, он доктор ему виднее. Но мне не понравилось, что во время моих вопросов он как-то быстро отвечал и так сказать «выпроваживал». Как потом оказалось после меня был записан человек и не успел я выйти, сразу приняли его. На ресепшн у администратора стало интереснее. Девушка сказала, что с меня 30 рублей за консультацию. Интересно консультацию за что, за отказ доктора от лечения?) Ну я в целом человек не конфликтный, да и не обеднею с 30 рублей, но в целом за ожидание и такой подход ожидал ничего не платить. Насчёт профессионализма врачей ничего не могу сказать, ибо к ним на лечение больше не пойду. Поэтому ставлю две звёзды, ибо а вдруг они там лечат хорошо, а я так строго отзываюсь) В целях экономии времени и настроения рекомендую любую другую клинику
