I would like to express my deep gratitude for the professionalism of the employees of this company. We applied for tourist visas on Thursday, they called on Saturday and set a time for us at the visa application center on Tuesday. A total of 3 working days!!! The speed, compared to other agencies, is cosmic! Before that, they were registered with another company, waited three months for an appointment at the visa application center. And yet, I do not know what charms the staff have when processing a package of documents, but instead of the 10-day visa that they requested, they gave a visa for 2 months. The impression is the most positive, we will definitely contact the family and recommend this agency to everyone! At the very beginning of the collaboration, it was difficult to get through to the manager in order to get an answer to your questions. During the cooperation, we were replaced by a manager and all interaction became fast, transparent and understandable.
Thank you very much to Nikita for the prompt help, advice on which is the best way to open a visa and solving all the issues that appeared during the paperwork.
I think it is important to note the company's refund policy. We opened 4 visas, 2 of them could not be issued due to the replacement of passports. We paid for the premium visa service in advance, and after a while we asked for a refund. They helped fill out the application and issued a refund without any questions.
