We would like to sincerely thank the best owner of Kadir and his wonderful wife! Perhaps we have not met more hospitable, caring hosts in the entire considerable history of our travels! Kadir in excellent Russian instantly and in great detail, answered all our questions in a friendly way before booking, helped with ordering a transfer from the airport and back, drove us around the city on the first evening, showed us the beach, supermarkets, etc. And then Kadir was always in touch during our stay! And the apartments themselves are a perfect example of what housing should be like! The room is equipped with all necessary appliances! It is incredibly convenient to have a washing machine in the apartment! All clothes, beach towels are fresh every day, thanks to the washing machine! And the presence of a dishwasher and all kinds of kitchen utensils allows you to have breakfast without hassle, and if desired, cook all the food in the room! Wonderful gazebos on the beautiful territory near the house - even more welcome to stay here, have dinner and socialize! These are huge, huge advantages! I would also like to note the exceptional cleanliness in the room!!! All plumbing, dishes, floor, linen - everything is in perfect condition! This is a rarity for apartments in Turkey! And this order can be easily maintained with the help of the vacuum cleaner available in the room! In general, we wish only prosperity to Kadir, his wonderful family and their business! Separately, I would like to advise you to visit Kadir's restaurant! Everything there is incredibly delicious and also hospitable!!! As for the beach, a brisk walk (even with children) takes 20 minutes to reach it. Of course, it may seem a little complicated in the heat, but it's a great physical activity! And if there is a car, then there will be no questions at all)) The beach itself is quite pleasant! The water is great! Deck chairs are free for guests of Kadir, you only need to have beach towels with you, but they can be easily purchased nearby at any textile store for 4-5 dollars. Near the beach is Migros, it is convenient to buy water for the beach. You can buy groceries at home in the shops that are located very close to the apartment. On Tuesdays there is a wonderful market - an incredible selection of fruits, vegetables, seafood, textiles. In general, the place is wonderful! We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts!!!

May 18-31, 2024. A magnificent apartment hotel, and I really liked the town of Tekirova. It's a long way from the sea, but we had a rented car. Clean, welcoming, modern, everything is equipped for the convenience of living and cooking. Kadir is an example of a hotel owner who wants to come back to again and again. The apartment is just great. We were with 3 children, we were very satisfied. The owner is very pleasant, speaks Russian well. I helped with the transfer. 10-15 minutes walk to the sea.
