The most terrible hotel.
We stayed at this hotel for 1 night, as there was a long transfer in Tashkent. But it's better to spend the night at the airport than a night at this hotel.
The hotel is very cold, the batteries are not working, the air conditioner is heated too. In conditions of zero temperature outside in early March, it is simply not possible to sleep, it is so cold that a blanket does not help.
In addition, there are very hard mattresses on which you definitely will not be able to relax between flights.
The hotel has very thin walls - literally everything can be heard.
The area itself does not look favorable either, there is a private sector around, there are no shops and pharmacies, dogs are barking all around.
But the worst thing is that the hotel has obvious problems with the electrics. The young man was trying to plug the hotel hair dryer (which did not work from other outlets) into the outlet, the wire burst into flames. As a result, the young man had an electric shock and a severe hand burn, the traffic jams were knocked out in the room.
In this situation, the administration simply changed our number. First aid was not provided to the young man, since there is no first-aid kit in the hotel, they only offered to "anoint with toothpaste or potatoes" (I still did not understand where the potatoes could have come from).
The hotel staff showed complete indifference and inaction in a situation where, due to hotel malfunctions, the client's health was harmed.
The result: terribly cold rooms with hard mattresses and faulty life-threatening electrics and the terrible attitude of the hotel staff.
I don't recommend it to anyone, it's better to look for better and safer options or wait for a flight at the airport.

Номер вполне приличный. Чистое, хорошего качества белье. Полотенца, зубные щётки+паста, мало, шампунь, гель для душа.
В номере чайник, фен, немного чая и кофе в индивидуальных упаковках
Приятно: завтрак приносят к желаемому времени в номер. Завтрак отличный, очень вкусно, разнообразно.
Из неприятного: звукоизоляции на входной двери нет. Слушала громыхания дверей соседних номеров полночи. Также слышны все разговоры из коридоров
Советую владельцам сделать звукоизоляцию дверей. Это недорого.
Персонал очень гостеприимный, отзывчивый, помогают в любой ситуации.
