The hotel is fully compliant with 2*. The room is small and clean, although there are cockroaches. Another negative thing is that the hotel does not have a room for things when you arrive earlier or leave later, but also just a place. Even the administration responded with a sharp refusal to convincing requests to hold books in a bag for several hours. Customer orientation is at zero!!!
