I really liked the hotel.
1. Location.
The very center of the city. All entertainment and shopping are within walking distance.
2. The territory of the hotel.
Not a big one. It consists of two buildings. The first building faces the sea (rooms facing the sea, side sea view, city view), the second building is located behind the first building with rooms with side sea or city views.
3. The room.
The purest. New furniture. The plumbing is in perfect condition.
Refrigerator, safe (free), water daily, spacious balcony, air conditioning.
The sound insulation is good both between the rooms and from the street (if you do not open the balcony)))
We were placed in the main building with a view of the city.
Room 103, on the ground floor (it is more of a second floor, as it is located above the hotel lobby).
Initially, we booked the second building, also without a sea view.

Meals for a solid four.
There have always been different types of meat, vegetables, fruits, salads, etc. all according to the "all inclusive" repertoire
Cooking soups is NOT the hotel's specialty. They don't know how to cook. Watery, bland. Even in Egypt, soups were better (although they don't know how to cook them there either).
The glasses were not always clean. They are poorly washed. The glasses are washed by hand by bartenders.
Glasses, glasses in bars and restaurants are made of glass - this is a plus for the hotel. Plastic ones are poured only if you go with them to the pool area or to the beach. There are no paper cups, as in most large all-inclusive hotels.
5. The pool is warm and clean.
There are not always places by the pool, but there are always places on the lawn next to the pool, so this is not a problem.
6. The sea.
The hotel is on the first line with its own beach.
There were always places on the beach.
The beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is partially rocky. Take the coral slippers.
7. SPA
They weren't. But I know that you can go to the hammam for free.
8. Reception/staff.
There is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception, Victoria. She is not very emotional, but she performs her functionality well, she solved all the issues that arose promptly. (there were almost no questions, because the hotel is beautiful, they don't mess up).
The staff is very friendly and diplomatic.
9. Animation. She's not here.
The hotel is urban.
During the week there was only a disco by the pool twice (Tuesday/Saturday).
The DJ does not really understand how to work with the present contingent (British, Germans, Poles, Russians).
We were in October, the contingent was mostly 50+
Until the guests cheered up the DJ and the reception staff "forced" them to turn on the normal dance repertoire, which is well known to everyone, no one danced. As soon as he was cheered up, all the guests started dancing, including the DJ.
The DJ complained that he didn't have the Internet to download songs for the guests.
If the hotel is reading this, give him the password from the hotel Internet, please let him download it.)))
Since there is no animation, there were no families with children in the hotel. (two children in a week, who arrived for a day, we will not count)))
10. Accommodation.
About the early settlement.
We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. Check-in at 14:00.
The hotel did not manage to check us in early, as all the rooms were occupied.
Some, judging by the reviews, were lucky and were settled earlier.
In general, do not count on early check-in in high season, but if there are rooms, check in early.
Despite this, at 8 a.m. we were given bracelets and could use the entire infrastructure of the hotel.
11. Departure.
We had an overnight departure from the hotel.
The hotel made us sandwiches. Thank you.
12. Transfer to the hotel from Dalaman airport took 1h.10min.
13. Special thanks for the high-quality, professional selection of background music in the hotel lobby, restaurant, bar and pool area. We had fun.
In general, the hotel's recommendation is 100%. We will definitely come here again and recommend it to our friends.
One of the guests said that the owner lives in the hotel, so the control takes place around the clock. Hence the excellent result. (this is a rumor, I don't know for sure))))

A great place for all categories, the hotel has an excellent menu, a huge assortment and new dishes every day. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are small, taking into account the constant presence outside the room, it did not bother me much. Location 5, hotel, swimming pool, garden and sun beds, immediately spa and near the beach - in general, the location is excellent, from the center 10 minutes walking along the embankment, a clean atmospheric town, in the evening everyone walks from disco to walking.

We had a rest with my husband from September 20 to 27, the hotel is super, very cozy and clean, the territory is small. We were very satisfied))
The trip from the airport took about 1.5 hours on a shared transfer from a travel agent. We arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening, they took the documents for registration and sent them to dinner. The food is delicious, there is always a choice - meat, fish. Desserts in general are just a delight! All sorts of different drinks: beer, wine, various cocktails in full access, Turkish coffee, tea and whatever you want)
We were accommodated in a room with a direct view of the sea. The room is small, clean, and the furniture is not old. Daily room service, cleaning, towel change, water, whatever you want.
The only thing is, if you like silence in the evenings, it's better to choose a room on the side. There is a bar nearby and there is music in the evening until one/two in the morning. I can hear it, but you can sleep, if anything, take earplugs with you)
The water in the sea is excellent, we went in the morning at 8-9 o'clock, at this time the sea is calm, transparent, by 12 o'clock waves appear and the water is already getting a little muddy, the shore seems to be sandy and pebbly, you can safely go without aquashouses. We swam with glasses, different fish swim near the shore, you can admire)
From the hotel to the port, you can walk at a leisurely pace in 30 minutes.
There is a blueport shopping center nearby, there are shops and a good exchanger.
In general, we were very satisfied, we definitely recommend it! 👍🏻
