The hotel itself is perfectly located, in the center, the famous Lotus is visible from the windows, the view from the window is amazing. The breakfast is very good, but not 5 stars, as well as the cleaning, there is a lot of dust due to the coating on the floor. There is nowhere to dry things, which is also certainly not very good. I also have my own beach and passage through the tunnel, towels on the beach, and there are few sun beds, but we never use them. Nice free spa center

Everything was perfect: we checked in earlier, the room was perfectly clean. The view of the city is mesmerizing. The breakfasts are varied: rice, noodles, omelets, eggs, yoghurts, fruits, etc. There are not enough sun loungers on the beach, but you can take paid ones nearby if you come after 10 am. The very center of the city: close to shops, cafes, shopping malls. Access to the beach via an underground tunnel. There is a rooftop bar with a very beautiful view of the city.

We had a rest in this department in February 2025. A wonderful hotel.It is located in the very center of Nha Trang, Very good staff.. no complaints.daily room cleaning.. Breakfasts are 5 *. A very good hotel for your money!
The breakfasts are delicious, from European: boiled eggs / omelets, pastries, tomatoes, cucumbers, sausage, bacon. But the Asian table is sooooo delicious... in general, everything is very tasty. The rooms are big, the views are great. My child and I wrote that we could hear a rooftop bar on high floors, so I immediately asked for a lower room. But those who lived upstairs said they couldn't hear the music at all. The 90% contingent is tourists from South Korea.
On the downside, there are sooo few sun beds on the beach. For a hotel like this, 20 pieces is ridiculous. At 6:30 a.m., everyone is already occupied by our tourists, of course. The beach has been open since 6. Overall, everything is great.
Since we never had enough sun beds, we rented 2 sun beds with an umbrella for the whole day on the neighboring beach for 200 thousand. Towels and things were left for lunch, the owners always watched and did not let anyone on our sun beds. But who cares who's as lucky as I am -I've been eaten by all the fleas on this beach. I don't know what's on the beach in Havana, it's 10 m away, maybe they're processing it there.

We just returned from this wonderful hotel. We rested for two weeks from April 4, 2025. The room was 4126 with a balcony. I really liked everything, from the design to the cuisine in the restaurant, although we only ate at breakfast. The location is one of the best, the Lotus is visible from the window. The sea is 100 meters away via an underground passage. There are not enough 24 sun beds for the entire hotel.You can't hear the noise of the club when the door is closed. The service is great, everyone is smiling and always ready to help, there is a woman at the reception who speaks excellent Russian. I definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation

I really liked the hotel, the rooms and the service are all at a high level. The location is convenient, all cafes and a supermarket are nearby, the beach is private, through an underpass, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there are very few sun beds for such a large hotel.

Everything is good, the breakfasts are excellent, the location is excellent, the spa and sauna are fast reception and high-speed elevators...There was one negative moment during almost a month of stay..the narrow room on the 5th floor was never sent, the floor was so dirty that the legs after it were just black for me and the child ..No one washed her every day.

There were always a lot of people at breakfast, but it was easy to find empty tables in the restaurant. There are a lot of Chinese people in the hotel. On the 5th floor there is a good fitness, sauna and swimming pool. The room is spacious with a nice view, but we still didn't have enough balcony. The room is standard, there are floor scales, they were useful to us. The slippers are not completely disposable, if desired, they can be picked up at departure for 70,000 dong. There is an underground passage to the beach, which is convenient, but you need to take sun beds early, there is not enough for everyone. There are even fewer umbrellas than sun beds. According to the card from the hotel room, you can go to the toilet and take a shower in the underpass.

An excellent SPA center on the 5th floor (Jacuzzi, hammam, Finnish steam room) is included in the price. Gorgeous view from the window overlooking the sea. Cons: There are no balconies, it is impossible to dry things, the dryer in the bathroom is not effective, since there is no supply ventilation, things do not dry, but sour. There is a nightclub on the roof of the hotel on the 41st floor, open until 2 o'clock, the music screams so that it hits the walls half of the building. If someone goes to bed early and lives high, it will be difficult to fall asleep.

Nice hotel with its own passage to the beach!
The room was cleaned at any time, and two 330 ml bottles of drinking water are provided every day.

Breakfast is not bad, but it's better not to come after 9 a.m. (there are an awful lot of people!).
The continent is mostly Asian.
You need to leave $100 as a deposit upon arrival, they will be returned later.
The view from the window is unreal!
Minuses:
- there is nowhere to dry things. And they're constantly wet.
- if you live high up, sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevator (even though there are 6 of them)
- there are terribly few outlets, there is only one by the bed

There is a nightclub on the roof of the hotel, it is open until 2 o'clock, the music is so loud that it hits the walls on the 41st and 40th floors, the bass earplugs are not effective. There are only 16 places (sun beds) on the beach that are occupied by early risers from 07:50, as verified by the daily return from the morning marathon along the embankment. At check-out, they tried to cancel the refundable deposit, citing the lack of 1.5 liters of drinking water in the minibar (it was decided by showing a photo of the minibar upon check-in, reshooting my smart screen, the deposit was refunded).

The hotel has 41 floors, 41 cafe- restaurant-observation deck, entrance costs 200,000 dong / person, this price includes 1 drink and a great mood. There are 4 restaurants in the hotel, breakfast in 2 restaurants, buffet. The beach is across the street, you can get there by an underground passage, an excellent solution. There are 20 sun beds with umbrellas on the beach, towels are provided. If we visit Nha Trang again, we will definitely stop again

We stayed at this hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms with stunning views. Breakfasts are focused more on Koreans and Chinese, but you can also find a suitable one for yourself. There is a spa center, saunas and a swimming pool for free! Massages are paid, prices are reasonable, they do well! We advise you to do a massage at the hotel rather than those offered on the streets and questionable establishments. You can visit the rooftop restaurant for photos, we didn't find anything else there for ourselves. In general, the hotel is very decent! The sights are within reach! I recommend this hotel! A great hotel with its own sun beds on the beach and towels. There is a passage through the tunnel to the sea, no need to cross the road with heavy traffic. Nice big pool, great cocktails and coffee at the bar, always took something.
We checked in in the morning, ahead of check-in time and shared a room with a sea view for free. There's a great club on the top floor, the food is more expensive than anywhere else, but it's worth it. The music is great, the observation deck🔥

I highly recommend it! An excellent hotel, the staff will help with absolutely all issues, such as accommodation, currency exchange, ordering flowers and just being human. The hotel has its own tunnel to the beach and its own free sun beds. They clean every day, cleanly, replenish the mini bar. Very good breakfasts, yes, monotonous, but there are a lot of things, there is a lot of choice, you can eat in a variety of ways. I definitely recommend it!!!

The hotel is in the heart of Nha Trang, the beach is across the street, but the hotel has its own underground passage to it. There are sun beds on the beach, 90% of the vacationers in the hotel are Chinese, the rest are Kazakhs and Russians. The cleaning is good, the breakfasts are very good.

A luxury hotel (designed mainly for Chinese) - all rooms are quite expensive (it's okay for Chinese, but it's very expensive for Russians).
There is an observation deck on the roof - the view is amazing - there is a small platform with a glass floor (forty-eighth floor - nerves tickle) there is also a cafe-bar.
