The former Intourist hotel since Soviet times. Slightly renovated, Redesigned to meet modern requirements. Acceptable check-in and check-out at the hotel entrance.
It's a pity to spoil the rating, but for a C grade.. From the very beginning, in the lobby, the cleaner literally pushes everyone aside and breaks into the elevator.. We need to work with the staff. We lived as best we could for a couple of days. We slept well anyway. We saw a view of the mountains, the water was really turned off, unfortunately. But that's why they're three stars..
A very bad hotel! I booked for two days, there was a late check-in at night...We slept and went to an important meeting...A text message is coming...move out immediately..!have arrived...we proved that the reservation is for 2 days! They expressed their indignation...and the silence...!There are not enough towels in the room...dirty windows...everything is running...! Homeless man...and it costs like 4 stars...!
The best meat in the BayMax grill bar. And the prices are adequate. The only problems are with parking. For that, the summer house with the fountain itself is in the heat.

The business center is convenient, there is a restaurant and a coffee shop downstairs. The hotel is said to be so-so
They declare themselves as a four-star hotel (at least they have 4 stars on their logo)
Firstly, there are lame elevators with electronic buttons that can hardly be pressed and something is wrong with the doors, you need to take COUPONS for breakfast to eat an unfortunate omelet or porridge for, because there is nothing else, even juice for a fee. The TV did not work, the refrigerator did not work, the hot water was set up for half an hour. The staff doesn't give a damn about anti-covert measures, they've never seen anyone wearing a mask. Old Soviet windows that are about to crack… of course, I understand that for such pennies they will only give me a bed with a toilet, but then please remove 2 arrivals from the logo, because there are definitely no four stars here, and the third is with a stretch
Once a beautiful hotel has become like a hostel. Broken paving stones all over the territory. Most of the hotel is offices. The infrastructure is weak, the only employees who more or less work there are janitors. In winter, the snow is cleaned quickly, in summer there is no garbage. It's still sad inside. The shabby interior…
For business trips for a couple of days no more. There is a neglected condition of the room and the building as a whole. For other purposes, including office rentals, it does not pull. Although the location is great.
For those who plan to ride all weekend, or even more, the hotel is perfect. An economical option, but if you consider how much money will be spent on ski passes and equipment, this is a huge plus. Because we came to the room only at night - everything was fine with us!
Three stars, they claim to be three. The location is excellent. Nearby there is a bus stop on Cimbulak and rental of downhill skis, skates and snowboards "extreme'
