I ordered balloons for Sunday (on Wednesday), promised to do everything and even come on my day off.
I couldn't get through on Saturday, as a result, I received such a message (when I had already found a replacement)
It is not very pleasant, plus a spoiled mood, I do not recommend it, there is no respect for customers.

I went to the store on Friday. Such a cool place. A nice sales girl. The balloons are still flying and are not going to deflate. It's not the first time I've taken it and I'm always happy.
