We ordered a machine for making popcorn. Only two companies had the right model: this one and another one. In the second one, it cost 100 rubles cheaper, but with delivery only on July 4th. Since the device was bought in order to work out a big holiday on July 3, we decided to order it here. Yes, it is more expensive, but a manager named Denis promised to "absolutely" deliver it on Friday, July 1. They explained the situation to him that the equipment would no longer be relevant on Monday, so they asked him four times "one hundred percent on Friday"? To which Denis answered in the affirmative every time.
We made a full prepayment, Friday came, and of course nothing was delivered. The manager referred to traffic jams and other "well, it's a road, sorry." No, Denis, this is not a "road", but a hack, a careless attitude and the complete incompetence of your logistician, who allows himself such "confidence". You specify five working days in the contract, and say so, and not "yes, absolutely on Friday."
The funny thing is that on Friday Denis screwed up again, saying "one hundred percent on Monday" and "I'll give you a discount." On Monday, of course, the device did not arrive either, but arrived on Wednesday and without a discount. (Although the date 04.07 is indicated in the documents.) He was no longer needed anyway, but this just confirmed once again that Denis likes to lie. The issue was resolved at the level of the director of the company and even he did nothing. Because I didn't want to.
To the logical question of whether it is possible to return the money, since the equipment is no longer needed, Denis replied, "there is no reason to return the money to you, since five working days have not passed yet, and I have already apologized to you." That is, the young man believes that his apologies cover almost 700 rubles. In this case, maybe you will accept payment for goods not with money, but with the word "thank you"?
There are no complaints about the quality of the equipment, so they still earned one star in the review. But this is not your merit, but the manufacturer's.
Legally, the company certainly did not violate anything, but with such a service and attitude, at the time, it was not working in the equipment supply market, but in the wholesale market.
