After the first procedure, the hair became softer and thinner, and there were fewer of them. However, for a sustainable result, it is recommended to complete a course of 10-12 procedures.
It is important to prepare for the procedure by shaving your hair completely.
The result does not last forever, so you need to maintain it with regular procedures.

I read a lot of positive reviews about this salon and the craftsmen and enthusiastically signed up for a laser hair removal procedure. Unfortunately, the expectations were not fulfilled at all.
To begin with, when you come to a new place for the first time, you expect to be told at least minimally about the procedure itself (it doesn't matter that I've already had laser hair removal), introduced to the master, told about the device, about preparation and further skin care. Communication with the master was terribly dry, even rude, to be honest, I was confused even by this attitude.
Before the procedure, I was given glasses that had traces of someone else's foundation, it's good that they were processed after my request.
After the epilation itself, they told me to take the cream from the shelf and anoint my feet myself, while there were no napkins in the office, and then I didn't know how to put on jeans and not get them dirty from having my hands in the cream. There were no napkins in the bathroom either.
About the contraindications and further care, the master suggested that I take a picture of the leaf on which it is written, rather than tell it myself, at the end of the procedure I simply heard "any questions?", of course I did not have the desire to ask questions with such treatment.
As I was leaving, I saw a drink menu on the table and asked if I could order a drink, would it be complimentary or for payment. The receptionist was not there, I was counted out by the master herself, who, strangely, pretended that she did not know about any drinks, and then completely said that she did not know how to make coffee and offered tea.
In general, it feels like I came to a state polyclinic, and not to a beauty salon. I planned to take the entire course here, but I have no desire to return.
Maybe these are small things, because you come, in fact, because of the device and the effect of it, but no one has canceled the human factor and attitude.

After that, she went for the procedure only because Gandela was the only one in Minsk.
And anyway, only the last time the procedure was carried out was the stated 30 minutes.
Before that, it was 15 minutes, and when I did it without a bikini, it was 10 minutes.

I did electroepilation on the armpit area 7-8 times (more than 16 hours in total). After so much time, there was no less hair. I changed the master, who showed me that after the procedures in primecosmo, scars remained on the armpits after an incorrectly performed procedure, + healing and the result of another master is visible after the first procedure. I am very sorry for my personal time spent on this salon, it is a pity that the money cannot be returned…

I don't know who was lucky with the laser, but I'm not at all! I will omit all comments about the service and other things, I went exclusively for the Alexandrite Candela laser (I can't find it in Minsk).
Bottom line: as if nothing had happened!!! The hair is in place and growing even stronger. It's been 6 days since the laser. This is not my first laser and I know how soft the skin is after, but there's nothing at all! I do not know how to comment on the fact that the hair is still in place, growing, I have already used a razor 3 times. Is this really possible?!
I just have a question, when was the laser service at all?
And I will add another comment, after the laser, itching began in the bikini area and in the shin area. I attributed it to the fact that it is irritation, I have sensitive skin, I had unpleasant sensations before, but the itching does not go away! That's what to think, except as an infection, thoughts do not come!
I don't like writing angry reviews, but here I just wanted to say that it's better to think twice, I'm not lucky at all!

I don't know about hair removal, but I went for lip augmentation, I liked everything. The doctor is obviously experienced, she told us everything about the drug in an accessible way. I am attaching a photo, this is the first day after the enlargement. There are practically no bruises, there were a lot of injections (as it should be). I used the drug Neuramis deep. It looks quite natural, there is a slight swelling. Before the procedure, the doctor opened the package in front of me, the shelf life on the package is normal. During the procedure, I asked if I was okay and how I was feeling. After the procedure, she gave recommendations on healing and so on, as well as a memo was handed over at the reception.
Let's see what happens next. But at the moment I am satisfied with the procedure

I went to this "salon" since February, every 2 weeks, I did 7-8 procedures to remove facial hairs, master Aigul: he does it quickly, and not qualitatively, from 4 original hairs it grew to 15. It also hurts, the procedure is not pleasant, but it pulls out the hairs just with tweezers. Those that I deleted remained in place, but the neighboring ones woke up, I decided to make an appointment with them to another master. Caroline (as they said later that she was an intern), she couldn't put a needle in the machine for 10 minutes, for which I was then given a check, and this is for a couple of hairs that are removed in 5 minutes, she has all 20 minutes. It is not clear about the quality. Discussion: every time you visit them, there is never an administrator in place, after a couple of minutes they come out sleepy with a dissatisfied face. In general, prices in Minsk are lower, but it is not worth the spoiled mood, the time spent, as well as the money that has already been paid for the course of the procedure without result. The studio requires maintenance and repair, as well as when a person comes to the procedure, disposable towels are needed under his feet, so as not to walk on the dirty floor from a chair to a couch. I've heard a lot of bad things about this studio, but I decided not to believe it, but to check, in vain.

I did laser hair removal of bikinis, armpits and legs in Primecosmo. The master of Aigusha. Apparently, she is so squeamish, the bikini is not normally done at all. The hair is absolutely all in place.
After that, I went for electroepilation, I was surprised that the master was Aigusha again. In my minutes, she put on gloves and put on a needle for 20 minutes. Then she removed some hair from her armpits and pubis, and again refused to do a deep bikini. She argued with the length of her hair, saying that her hair was tangled. Maybe God saved me. Because the armpit hair grew in a week, in the same places! Exactly from the same points where Aigusha removed them. And a deep bikini was taken by another master a couple of days later and I was surprised that the Primecosmo was refused.

I had laser hair removal. The cosmetologist does not start the client's card, i.e. during the subsequent procedures of setting the laser "by eye", she did not properly consult, did not listen, immediately started the procedure, everything is in spades, apparently they work not on quality, but on quantity. The price is indicated on Instagram - 20% on the first visit, and at the checkout, when deducting this percentage, they announce the amount with rounding up, by the way, they did not give a check. Why? This is a question for the organization, why don't they give you a check?
For a review in Yandex, they promise a 10% discount on subsequent visits, this should be taken into account when looking at the high rating.
They answer for a long time when recording, and it is not very comfortable in the treatment room itself - from a chair to a couch, something needs to be laid.
Yes, the cost of a laser is cheaper than in other salons, but savings on the quality of services provided. I'm not coming back. I do not recommend it.

I visited this studio a month ago and had laser hair removal for the first time. I chose the studio based on reviews, so I want to leave my own to help other girls.
Master Leila was very dry in her communication. The procedure itself lasted only 15 minutes (and I did 3 zones: armpits, bikini and shins). They didn't treat my work areas with anything before the procedure, they didn't cover up my moles, and they started working without warning, which scared me. Because I suddenly felt pain and the smell of burnt meat. The master wasn't interested in how I felt, whether I was in pain or not. In the end, she just told me to get dressed, again without treating the skin with anything. I have already asked for the cream, which I was told to apply myself. After the procedure, I had the feeling that I was just deceived, since I can't call it a normal procedure.
It is difficult for me to evaluate the laser operation, since there is nothing to compare it with, but I can say that hair grows more slowly, and several hairless areas have appeared in the bikini area. But I definitely don't want to come back here, and I will definitely look for another studio.

I will leave an honest review about the studio's work (namely in terms of laser hair removal), spoiler alert: my impressions were extremely negative.
I'll start with the masters, in particular, with Aigul. It seems that she is absolutely not interested in clients. She answers questions in monosyllables, without enthusiasm, as if she doesn't want to communicate at all. Only dry execution of the procedure. It's extremely disappointing, especially when you expect at least some kind of human relationship. Aigul also seems to be squeamish when working with a deep bikini and exerts minimal effort, skipping some areas according to the sensations (and the result). A strange dislike or phobia for the master of hair removal.
The administrator also leaves much to be desired. During several months of visits, tea or coffee was never offered. It's a small thing, but such details create an atmosphere of care that is clearly lacking here.
Now about hygiene. One pair of disposable slippers that don't even look like they're being processed (someone's hair was on them once, what?) — this is a banal unsanitary situation. Who knows, maybe the previous client had a fungus or other problems?
Last but not least, there is a complete lack of privacy. When you undress, the master doesn't offer you any cover or even privacy. This is extremely uncomfortable and creates the feeling that your boundaries are completely disregarded.
In general, the impressions from the studio are extremely negative. I've given it a chance so many times, but nothing has changed. No service, no customer care, and even more so an individual approach. I don't understand the 5-star rating.
