We had a vacation here in September of this year. I really liked the hotel, as the economy is just fine. The room has a bed, sofa, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, table. Nice shower and toilet. The repair is good. It is clear that the owners support it with dignity. On the common territory of the prime, everything is clean too, the kitchen is shared, but everything is there. The employee Natasha comes every day, does the cleaning. She is very sociable and friendly. All vacationers are calm and do not make noise. And in general, Abkhazia is the best that we have. Everything the haters write about her is a lie. And people are like people there. And the attitude towards vacationers is good. Prices are reasonable, the streets are clean. And what surprised me was that after 23.00 all the bars are closed and there are no drunken fools and rowdies. Everything is very decent. Yes, people are resting, but culturally, they are not hooligans. This is a nice bonus.

Delicious, good portions, well-decorated dishes. Comfortable accommodation, but on sunny and hot days, umbrellas and fabric stretched over the tables do not save on open verandas. It would be nice for waiters to keep an eye on the standard set (salt, pepper) on the tables and be more active in moving around the halls. I recommend you to visit, because I do not find a special alternative within a radius of 1 km.

We had a family vacation in October, friends advised us to have a cafe, and for good reason. The staff is very friendly, the girls are positive, they serve very quickly and carefully. Glad and Victoria. The cooks cook deliciously, the portions are huge and not expensive. The menu is varied, the products are fresh, we arrived every day by taxi, for twelve days, we are very satisfied with everything. Thanks!!!

We recently spent an unforgettable vacation with our family in this hotel complex. The room turned out to be very comfortable and cozy, and the view from the window is simply mesmerizing — we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets right from the balcony.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt at home, and all our requests were quickly fulfilled. I especially liked that the price included sun beds on the beach and access to outdoor entertainment — a cinema and swings.
I cannot but mention the excursions organized by Quadro Pedro. It was an amazing adventure with quality service and interesting routes. We recommend it to everyone who wants to make their vacation even more intense and memorable!

We had a rest in the middle of July for 23 years. 10 points service, thanks to Zuhra. He fulfills all desires as if by magic. The room is clean, cozy, spacious. The three of us had a rest in the bungalow. The additional place was also promptly organized for a child of 10 years old. The air conditioning in the room was very helpful, as the heat was unbearable. The shower room is spacious. The location is convenient, 2 minutes from the market, 7 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to the center (cafe Swan) on foot along the embankment. On the first night, I was confused and scared by a train that passed 10 meters from the house, there was an effect of surprise. But we quickly got used to it. The train runs three to four times a day. If you are considering a Hotel, you can't hear the train in it. The territory is green, kiwi, grapes, laurel and many flowers grow. There is a large parking lot. The equipment of the room in the bungalow includes: a refrigerator, a kettle, a large table, air conditioning, a TV, there is also a comfortable armchair outside, we had no neighbors, so we took the chair from them, spending evenings on the veranda with delicious wine. There is a table on site where you can also have dinner. Thank you for the warm welcome ❤

This year we had a rest in Novy Athos, visited your institution, at first we liked everything, the portions were large, but on different days the dishes were cooked differently, apparently it depends on the kitchen and the shift who works. Before leaving, we visited this cafe, took a frying pan with beef and vegetables, (according to the menu with pork, they were cooked from beef for an additional fee of 100 rubles), ate and my torment began, I poisoned myself there, suffered all night (everything came out of me in pieces of this dish, sorry for the details), the next day On the road, I don't have to go for three days. I didn't eat anywhere else that day. Although I had already taken this dish in this cafe before, but it was prepared in a completely different way, much tastier, I decided to take it the second time, it looked completely different, I didn't even finish it and so I poisoned myself. If we hadn't left the next morning, I would definitely have gone to this cafe with pritenzies. And so, in general, the waiters are friendly, the location of the cafe is excellent by the sea. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully choose a place.

Cafe across the street from the hotel - 🔥❤️!! We wandered in by accident last year and nothing has changed for the worse this year. The location is beautiful - with a view of the sea. The choice of dishes is large. The prices are modest for Abkhazia. The portions are huge!! Everything is very tasty and made from fresh ingredients! We walked around many cafes of New Athos and Prime cafes are definitely the best in terms of price-quality-location-staff ratio. I especially want to mention the waitress Victoria - she recognized us from last year (!!). An extremely friendly girl with tireless energy and a wonderful memory (no confusion in orders or bills). Always with a smile, despite the time of day and the number of visitors, of whom there are always a lot in this cafe (sold out in the evening). Many human thanks to the owner of the cafe and all the staff for the wonderful food and positive emotions! Abkhazia is really a country of the soul🙏🏻😇

The food is average, some are delicious, some are not.
We had lunch several times.
The worst thing is that they don't need visitors.
Waiting -starting from accepting the order, bringing the order, and making the payment is very long, up to 1.5 hours, which is very bad at lunch, in the heat. The last time we sat for 30 minutes, no one even came to take the order, although the waiters were constantly passing by. I had to leave, since there are many other cafes nearby, with plus or minus the same food, but with faster service.
In general, if you do not have a lot of time and desire to wait, then I strongly do not recommend it.

We ate there for a week. I want to say that everything is fine, but no. In principle, it is edible, sometimes delicious. Borscht is very tasty and with a piece of meat. Yes, all portions are large. The quality of the products is on the level. But. The same borscht was not clearly salted once. Khinkali. They are made with high quality, but they were not cooked once - the meat is raw. Pilaf. Yes, there is meat. But the pilaf is tasteless. The meat is dry, the rice is overcooked, there are no spices, there is no fat. Yes, the boat: it looks good, but the protein is not fried. Greek salad with mustard. The frying pan is nothing, but boiled tomatoes...there are a lot of greens in the food. But there is no taste. There is nothing to admire. Beer and wine. There is no choice. A cheap choice. So it's very clear that someone is trying...but it turns out that even I can make a barbecue better. To cut it properly, it did not lose its juiciness, and did not burn.
P.S. the waiter's payment in the bill is 10%. This is normal, but the waiter is not interested in the customer. You can wait for half an hour. So is the bill. Yes, there is a lot of work, but it's so cool. The customer is always right.

This is the best cafe in Abkhazia. Not only in New Athos
The next most delicious thing in Sukhum is Naarta, but more expensive.
The barbecue in prime is awesome and pork and chicken, 300 grams-for two people to eat, I took cheese soup many times and recommend it to everyone.
For borscht lovers, check out the borscht.
Caesar salad with shrimp is a whole mountain.
Khachapuri boat is delicious.
Just khachapuri too.
Drinks, compote, lemonade are delicious.
I definitely recommend it.

Cafe Prime surprised us with large portions!!!!The food is delicious and of high quality.We took a bevstrogan , a shish kebab and a hodgepodge for Abkhazians. The solyanka in Abkhazia is not like the usual one.It has a lot of beef, vegetables, spicy and thick.No sausages, olives, lemon, etc.I liked it, it was delicious.The kebab is delicious and juicy.It's a little salty, though.Bevstrogan is delicious, chicken fillet in creamy cheese sauce.We will definitely come back.

We rested in New Athos from October 5 to October 12, 2023. We found this cafe in one of the reviews about our hotel (we did not live in Prime). We went to lunch on the first day of arrival... and came back every day! Very tasty, homemade, large portions! I remember and my mouth is watering). We ate national dishes - very rich in spices and flavors. Special thanks to the waitress Vika! Here is a man in his place! Thanks to her, we felt that Abkhazia is a country of the soul! The hotel is terrible! At first we lived on the 2nd floor with 4 rooms and 1 bathroom meter by meter. A refrigerator is one name, it's more like a minibar. There is no microwave and no shared kitchen either, that is, there is nowhere to warm up even ready-made food, the hair dryer does not work. Then we were moved to the 3rd floor. The room, of course, is not bad, there is a spacious bathroom, a refrigerator-minibar, there is also no microwave, there are no wardrobes either. And the light grey carpet on the floor! For the first time, of course, I observe that the rooms on the coast have carpet flooring! This is where the fun begins))). Since there is carpet all over the room, then, of course, you come out of the bathroom in wet slippers and leave footprints behind you. Upon leaving the room, we were presented with a "dirty " carpet and offered 3 options: change the carpet, pay 5 thousand rubles for a cleaning company or clean the carpet on our own. As a result, it took us 15 minutes to clean the carpet, that is, in fact, we did the work of the cleaner Zuhra, who did not clean the room during the entire time of our stay. I appeal to the owners of the Prime hotel: if you are fans of carpets, then be prepared for the fact that they should not only be vacuumed with a cheap vacuum cleaner, but also washed after each guest. Although the owner believes that you have to pay 25 thousand for a room with daily cleaning))). They also wanted to load a broken bed on us. So, dear friends, when you come to this hotel, take pictures of all the joints at once and present them to the administrator.

The portions are large, the food is delicious, but the same dish is always different. We ordered a highlander's dinner for the first time (meat and walnut gravy) and almost swallowed the plate. The second time was also a dish, but the sauce was creamy without nuts. The same goes for cheese soup: the first time is thick enough, and the second time is muddy water. We look at the menu of what the salad consists of, but in fact it is brought from other products. I asked to make coffee (I said I would put the sugar myself) the staff offered to make coffee myself. On the first day, the hodgepodge was brought with lemon and olives, and a couple of days later without both (red water with potatoes)

Yesterday we were brought to this cafe..
The portions are large and not very tasty..
We ordered: borscht, cheese soup, carbonara and shish kebab.
There are no special questions about soups, it's just not very tasty and that's it.
There are huge questions for carbonara.. the sauce froze and just didn't move, the cream in the sauce tasted sour, instead of bacon there was a completely different meat, it resembled lard. I was afraid to eat it..
The kebab saved the situation a little bit, it was quite tasty.
It is unpleasant that no one apologized for this sour carbonara and took the money for it in full. It's completely unfair, that is, you can poison me, but I have to pay for this miracle of the kitchen with a nosebleed.

Probably the worst institution of those that visitors in Abkhazia. The waiters are nice, friendly girls, but with a mindset. At first, she ignored us for a long time, thinking that her colleague had accepted the order. We ordered trout, the first 2, a boat without an egg, eggplant rolls, lemonade and tea. Koda brought the first courses, forgot to bring a spoon, waited 10 minutes. The soup looks appetizing, but in fact it is inedible (fat on the surface, stale taste), heartburn does not leave the second day. Trout with vegetables: the crust of the fish is overcooked, even burnt somewhere, and the fish itself is raw, the vegetables that went with the fish: tomato, eggplant and pepper - were simply dipped in boiling old vegetable oil. The boat without an egg, in fact, with an egg, is made of peroxide dough, it is not fully baked, inside the cheese (cottage cheese) is also sour. Lemonade was included in the bill, but it was not brought. Eggplant roulettes-she forgot about them, but fortunately, they would probably also be inedible. We have been traveling to Abkhazia for 6 years, we have been in different institutions, there is something to compare it with. In general, I do not recommend Cafe Prime from the word at all! Believe my review and your stomach will remain healthy) Use proven places!
