This is very nice place who like USSR. Guys have a good unfiltered self-made beer like as blue moon, maybe. Konobars can says by Russian language

A top-of-the-line establishment with a soulful atmosphere, great beer, including craft, tinctures and delicious food. They speak Serbian / Russian / English, we are glad to absolutely everything
