The store is not bad. The range of equipment and spare parts is wide, but expensive - prices for spare parts are 30-60% higher from online stores, especially for well-known brands. But if you need it urgently, this store will help you out. A separate conversation is their garden equipment workshop. They can do small things, but they are not able to identify a serious defect, and in this case there is nothing to talk about repair. What the client points out to them when they are being repaired, they don't give a damn. The Husqvarna 128r was repaired - a minor malfunction the gas cable broke (replaced: 20p work, 70p gas cable in online stores the price of the cable is from 17 to 36p), the main malfunction is a drop in power (keeps the rpm, but the torque is weak, compression is 5 on cold, 4 on hot). When mowing, it chokes and does not mow. After the renovation, it remained as it was.
I bought a gas pump in the store, they poured it so sweetly that they do warranty service in the shortest possible time. For almost two weeks, the gasoline pump has been in the workshop at the store, and its readiness period is unknown. I visited them today on 08/23/2024. They promise, and they keep promising....but promises don't make it easier for me, the grass is rushing, summer is ending, I don't need a trimmer in winter. To say DISAPPOINTED is to say nothing!!!!
I came to clean the chainsaw and gave 20p for it, they did it quickly but very badly. As soon as he left the workshop, he noticed sawdust even in prominent places, returned back with a request to finish the work. They blew out a little with a compressor and returned it. Everything would be fine, upon arrival at the garage I decided to check the quality. I was very disappointed with the quality of the work, namely, the carburetor was covered in sawdust and oil, despite the fact that all the covers were removed!!!!!! Sawdust appeared in the carburetor!
