Wonderful! The interior is a paradise for couples, cozy and atmospheric , the menu is simple but cooked well, I was pleased with the pizza ) light music, generally have a cozy time , the prices are acceptable in the middle and lower in Gomel , I advise companies up to 4-5 people, and couples will have a great chat !

I don't know about anyone, but I was satisfied with everything: friendly and tactful staff, you can lick your fingers on the menu, they couldn't taste everything very tasty and satisfying. We are guests of the city of Gomel! We visited the Prague cafe for the first time. A wonderful place, very cute and delicious! Be sure to come to this small BUT very cozy and delicious cafe! Be sure to try as many dishes as possible))) Especially try the salt pan and pizza!I can say with confidence that I have never tasted such delicious food in any cafe.These are excellent restaurant dishes, just with great serving! Everything is very tasty and beautiful! Thank you very much to the staff of this cafe for their hospitality!

Very bad attitude towards customers!!!
We were going to book a table for 9 people to have dinner.
On the phone, the receptionist immediately informed us that we would occupy half of their establishment (although I don't understand what's wrong with that).
When I said that I was satisfied, she said that the minimum order per person was 70 bel.rub. What is this new rule? New Year's corporate party or what?
Naturally, we chose another cafe. It's good that there are enough of them in Gomel!
Another time, when I asked for a table with sofas when booking, the receptionist told me that this was only possible if we had a normal dinner, and not just drink coffee. When we came, we were the only ones. Then what difference does it make which table to put us at?
Now I understand why they always have empty tables when other establishments are full.

If it were possible not to put any stars, I would do so. I explain:
Today is August 9th, I came to have lunch with the children. At the entrance to the establishment, none of the staff was on site. We walked around the place for 5 minutes. There was a couple sitting in the corner (these are the only guests of the whole establishment). Deciding to wait outside, she went out. We returned a couple of minutes later. There is no one here again. I asked the couple where the bathroom is located. The girl (the guest) suggested it nicely.
Using the restroom, on leaving it, the waitress attacked, as from a horror movie, shouting "who allowed you to go to the toilet?!" when I decided to clarify this situation, I came to eat and demanded that the waitress not yell and call the head. A brutal man with a beard came out, introduced himself as the owner of the establishment and said " if no one is in place, stand and wait" and began to be tactlessly rude. Like, I have regular customers, I have enough of them, and if you don't like something, look for another place.
The level of greeting and friendly type is zero. That is why they have only one table, while there is nowhere to sit in other establishments. The desire to visit this place again will never appear.
I strongly recommend not to visit!!!!

They were rude from the threshold, haughtily informed about the imminent closure with a hint "hurry up, or don't come in at all" (although there was an hour and a half left before closing), when asked to escort to an empty table, they said with persistence and irritation, "you undress, the wardrobe is over there, I won't escort you anywhere." They probably didn't hear it, of course, but they were so annoyed to respond to customers... before that, we went several times and were very satisfied with both the delicious food and the service, and now the impression is very spoiled, of course, you will not want to go there in the near future. Unfortunately, part of the evening also deteriorated due to boorish behavior. It is good that there are many more places in Gomel where you can go and where customers will not be treated in this way.

While on vacation in Gomel, we went to this cozy cafe. Very friendly staff! The receptionist (Alina) politely greeted
and offered a menu. We ordered pizza and a salt pan, everything was very tasty! Thanks to the chef... They don 't know how to do that in ANAPA!!! We were very satisfied, we recommend the cafe. While in Gomel, we will definitely visit this cafe. Good luck to you guys, keep it up!!

A cozy place, but because of the quality of service it is often empty. We ordered a table for Friday evening, since you can't get into any decent institution in the city on Friday without pre-ordering. We came, it turned out that we were completely alone in all the cafes and so on until closing)))) And now the conclusions why:
- there was not a single closed bottle of cognac and rum on Friday, only leftovers. What the waitress told us, if you don't trust us, don't go to public catering and bars!!!! She brought an open bottle and sarcastically offered to examine it carefully!!!! Rudeness on the level))
- I accepted the order, wrote it down, reread it! BUT in the end, THEY FORGOT to prepare two hot dishes for men!!!! She apologized sarcastically again…
I will add that the institution is open until 23:00 and several times we wanted to get there for evening coffee at half past eleven, but it was already closed!
There is one conclusion - the staff is not happy with visitors, they seem to strain them a lot.
On the plus side: thanks to the cook, the kitchen is not bad. Simple, delicious food without frills (although the descriptions are original). All hot dishes have the same French fries, but they are delicious!
It would be nice to change the attitude towards visitors, it would be nice to visit, but so far I don't want to go there anymore....

The waitress working at 12:00 p.m. on 07.10.2023 really does not want to work, do not force her. Irritable communication with visitors, communicates with people at the table and cleans at the same time. Rude, and asks to make an order faster, and then you see the service. I wouldn't be surprised if it's the owner of the establishment, so she doesn't care about everyone.
If you want to be rude to you, welcome.
The sanitary inspection station has obviously not been visited for a long time, there are crumbs on the floor in the basement, and I'm sure there are even rats there.

Two years ago, we accidentally got into this cafe and.... Oh, a miracle.... It's so cozy here, and the food is delicious. Special thanks to the chef!!!! Bravo!!! And this year we found ourselves in Gomel again and decided to celebrate the DR in this cafe, and we had a great time. The table is full of goodies and the price is adequate! The staff is smiling and quick to respond. Thank you very much for the wonderful evenings. Here you can book a table and make an order in advance. We highly recommend it to everyone, it is very cozy. Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere and delicious dishes. We will definitely meet again more than once. If anything, we are from Russia, Vladimir region.

Very bad attitude towards customers . I'll start with the pros. I liked the kitchen. We ordered branded pizza and potatoes with chicken for the child. We ordered cocktails from the menu. The bartender girl (much has already been said about her here), made them for a very long time. Moreover, I can rate cocktails below one. We ordered different ones. According to the menu, in one cocktail the total volume is 200 ml , in another 220, in the third 230. Where 230 is 150 at most. Where 200 is all 250. The taste is disgusting. Cocktails are not worth the money. The child was ordered a sprite, she forgot about it. They asked me to recommend beer . We received a reply that we were looking at the menu. The plate was removed from the person without asking , when there was still pizza on the common plate. She brought the bill when she wasn 't asked . Boorish attitude towards people.

A terrible place ...
1) The table is shaky, if you serve the population, then you need to create conditions for this, repair your furniture.
2) There is no hot water to wash your hands.
3) The dishes are terrible, not tasty, especially Lasagna: overcooked pasta sheets, there was no minced meat, and there was no Bolognese sauce, but there was ABC KETCHUP, the cheapest. If I wanted to eat pasta with ketchup, I would have stayed at home instead of coming to the establishment.
4) The music screams as if they came to a rock concert. Fortunately, they made it quieter when they asked.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Dear owner, either teach your chefs how to cook, or drive them away with piss rags..

A blonde girl is a bartender and a waiter in one person, this is something. She made the simplest cocktails for 15 minutes, and she did it disgustingly, she simply forgot part of the order, she communicates as if her task is to alienate customers, not attract them. Only positive emotions remained from the atmosphere and service in this cafe. Special thanks to the cloakroom attendant Alexander, a very friendly and friendly person, immediately helped us take off our top clothes when we met, and showed us which table was available. We were satisfied with that. No less friendly waiters (very prompt service). Everything was great about the kitchen as well. I especially advise you to try hot dishes. The prices are reasonable. I think this is absolutely unacceptable, in normal institutions they culturally apologize for such mistakes, rather than being rude and kicked out, it's disgusting when a two-meter-tall healthy man allows himself to behave like this in the line of a fragile 1.5 meter girl, if there was a jock standing there - he would have thought 100 times how to behave like this, I'm shocked!
