Yesterday morning I applied through the form on the website, a day later no one answered. Also yesterday morning, I duplicated an appeal to Viber with a request to calculate the cost. I sent the dimensions of the carpet. Also, a day later, there was no response. When I called the next day, the manager said that she couldn't hear me and hung up. After that, I called for 30 minutes, picked up the phone and said that the message in Viber had just been answered: We cannot calculate it, because the degree of contamination is unknown. I am not satisfied with the work of the company.
