07/27.24 I bought cheese in a grocery store in a proper package with an expired shelf life. At home, I found that the cheese was spoiled (mold)
28.07 returned to the store with a receipt and cheese. At the checkout, I asked for a refund for a low-quality product. The manager in the hall rudely replied that this was not the way it was done here. If the shelf life on the product is normal, then the product is usable. There was one negative response to my arguments and references to the law on consumer protection. It seems to be an ordinary situation that could be solved within two minutes.
As a result, the money was returned, but all cashiers were told not to serve me in this store. Don't sell me anything.
As a customer, I don't care which store to buy a quality product from. But the store manager's attitude is certainly outrageous.
