Disgusting service, disgusting office and the same management. I am responsible for every word I say! We bought the product, it failed during the warranty period. They overstayed the diagnosis period, sent the goods to Almaty for diagnosis and repair. They said that it was not a warranty case, and the product was included, but it worked incorrectly. We informed them that we did not agree with this decision and asked them to return the product for self-repair. They carried out repairs without our consent and demand to pay more than half of the cost of the goods for repairs otherwise they will not give it back. They do not give names, surnames, positions, and do not associate them with the head. They block in Whatsapp, do not take calls, feed them breakfast, cheat. The worst office in the capital in our opinion!
