I like the way the post office works in Georgia. I'm still waiting for my number on the ticket, they don't swear, the girls-operators try to work quickly, speak Russian, for which I thank them very much! It's true that I couldn't get the postcards, as if the post office was losing them... but I don't think this is a problem for a particular branch. I've heard more such stories.
But if you need to send something or receive a parcel, there is no problem, you can even pay for everything with a card
Local state post office, in principle, everything is like ours, an electronic queue, not all employees know Russian, and they also do not make an inventory with an attachment and do not send a notification, this is a minus, but the letter was delivered to the addressee after 18 days, this is normal, between countries
I have a tradition of sending postcards to friends from my travels, Georgia is no exception. Taking the ticket, I humbly stood in line and became the proud owner of 10 postcards with stamps. The total cost with departure to Russia is 85 GEL. Yes, it's not cheap, but my friends will be happy! :)
There is no coupon machine, people come and go disturbing the living very much because of this complete shit and nervousness! Until the device is installed, it will always be like this, they do not know what is with it and when they will return it.
The staff is good, but the room itself is cramped, especially in the season when there are a lot of people and there are still long queues due to the lack of operators. But it is tolerable for now, maybe they will improve in the future...
Absolutely indifferent attitude towards customers. When there was a problem with the parcels, namely, they mistakenly came to the wrong name, I was forced to pay extra for each one. No one here has been able to get into the situation and deal with this problem, not to mention simple human indifference.
