I used Postal services for the first time and was impressed and pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery and service. The operators always responded to messages and the parcel was tracked.
Plus, truffles imported from the USA were recommended at the issuing point. It was very convenient. Thank you ☺️

There are no questions about the delivery itself and the safety of the goods, but what a problem with support. Boors are absolutely everything from and to.
We haven't heard anything about the approach to clients - it's obvious. It's impossible to contact someone, and if you do, you'll just get rude 3 times without hello and goodbye.
The service is disgusting, we'll have to look for an alternative, because it's disgusting to talk.
Another funny fact is that in 7 (!) years of using the service, I asked twice to change the city, because I was in another city on business, and it was more convenient for me to pick up the parcel there, and then I asked to change it back, to which I received "you can't change it back here," I'm sorry, why? :P trouble
