I want to express my gratitude for the excellent work of the post office! Shipments arrive on time, parcels are well packed, nothing is lost. The staff is polite and always ready to help — it's a pleasure to contact. I am especially pleased with the possibility of tracking shipments online. It got better due to the rotation of the maintenance staff. There are not enough professional staff. The way out is to recruit and train staff at the workplace.
