The spouse received a tourist visa. The queues are small, everything went through in about 1.5 hours. The security and staff are friendly. Opposite the entrance, you can take photos and there are private storage rooms (not used). There are shops and cafes within a 5-minute walk. The interview is in Russian. Some ads are in Ukrainian, so you need to listen carefully, for example, when they ask who was late for the appointed time. Well, it's better to leave in advance, there are traffic jams in Kiev :)

The design of the buildings is beautiful, the area around is gentrified, everything is clean, modest, the staff is friendly, the security is kind.
