Many thanks to the staff of the Russian Embassy in Tashkent. We got into a very difficult situation with the child, they wanted to send us back, but thanks to the responsiveness of the staff, our problem was solved and we got to Uzbekistan. Thank you very much and a huge thank you!!!
Our visit to the embassy was pleasant. I signed up with my child for the reissue of a foreign passport for a child. We arrived half an hour earlier, because there was bad weather and traffic jams so as not to be late. The guard registered me, things need to be put in the storage rooms at the entrance, everything is polite. I have only documents and money with me. They gave us a ticket at the entrance and we immediately went to the window. They also received us very politely, everything was quickly processed, $ 40 was paid at the cash desk, there were no quibbles with the bills, they were passed through the vending machine. We were instructed in detail about further actions. Everything is about the same as in the Moscow MFC, fast and efficient. Thanks to the staff for their work! P.S. The passport was said to be issued for a month or more, but I monitored on the site, the link was given immediately, and it was ready after 3 weeks, which is quite fast. It is not very convenient to make an appointment, the lunch interval is only every day, the child is at school at this time, but she signed up to receive it quickly and easily.
I recently applied to the Russian Embassy in Tashkent.05/29/2024. At about 11.1-40 local time. I called the embassy, and a woman answered the phone. She said that the reception is there from 9:00-10:00. The documents were not accepted. We were with a disabled child. It's just awful. ride in the heat with a child. There is no understanding on the part of the embassy employee. She just didn't want to work.
I have only pleasant impressions of the Russian Embassy in Tashkent. The staff is very polite, starting with the guards. It was very pleasant ☺️ I wish you health and well- being
The embassy building is very pleasant. Inside there is a courtyard with trees, grass and birds
We went here to the polls, everything is very neat and solemn inside)
I am a citizen of the Russian Federation, I live in Kyrgyzstan. I came to apply for a foreign passport, everything turned out pretty quickly. Less than 1 month has passed and 80% of the passport is ready) The staff is polite, decided everything in 15 minutes and drove back. In the city of Osh, the consulate is terrible and the documents are processed for a very long time. I would like to see the same employees in Osh)
Gratitude!!! A huge human thank you, thanks to the embassy staff, left without documents, got into trouble, everything was made out, it was Saturday, safely returned to Russia, Russians do not abandon their own, I felt it to the fullest, huge thanks, I am very proud that I am a citizen of the Russian Federation
I recently applied to the Russian Embassy in Uzbekistan under the resettlement program and was pleasantly surprised by the polite treatment and professionalism and goodwill of the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Russian Embassy, I especially want to mention the employees of Beim, Yulia Germanovich and Ilya Vladimirovich. My Respect and Respect To All Employees!
Everything was fine, I didn't wait long for the queue, but there is one thing that is very unpleasant. A woman sits at the cash register as a bill detector, who manually checks the bills. I had to pay $80, I brought it without change, as a result, half of the bills were rejected, there was ink somewhere, a wedge sheet was printed somewhere. Okay, I submitted $100, which I received new from the bank a few weeks ago. And I didn't like them either, they were a little crumpled!! I went to exchange $ 100 for $ 100 at the bank, they looked at me like an idiot, why change a new piece of paper for a new piece of paper. I explained the situation and changed it. And even this brand-new bill had a woman at the cash desk at the embassy looking at it for a long time! Is it really impossible to purchase a normal bill detector?!
Otherwise, there are no complaints, everything went smoothly. But this last step just ruined the impression.
I want to thank every employee at this embassy, and especially Maria Viktorovna, who listened to my problem, met me halfway and almost solved my question by the hand. It is very rare to find people who are ready to help you in a difficult moment and do a good deed, there are definitely such people in this embassy. May this good come back to them for sure! Thank you for your work and humanity. Maria Viktorovna, I will not stop thanking you, it is people like you who make you believe in good things!
Iskander Hafizov 21.12.22 (applying for a foreign passport)
Good staff. Politely, competently. And the institutions themselves are neat. Thanks for the promptness.
That would be a system like the MFC. It would be even better. We took the ticket, we went in, we submitted it and we know the deadline for receipt. The system is a bit outdated here. Thank you very much for that too.
I issued a general power of attorney. The electronic queue on the site is quite a quest. And many thanks to the staff! Quickly, politely and professionally!

The consulate itself is a complete mess at the stage of passing through the turnstiles, inside the staff are polite and professional.
Hello! My name is Nadezhda. I would like to thank a competent employee of the consular department and a very wonderful man Julia for her professional help in obtaining a passport for my father, who lives in Tashkent. I ask the management of the consular department to write out Julia's award for an individual approach to the client, for a professional solution to the issue!!! Julia! Thank you very much for your advice and assistance in obtaining a passport for my father and full support of the transaction! I sincerely wish you prosperity, success in your work and always only good customers!!!
This is some kind of horror...it is not possible to make an appointment, the computer is not always at hand, there is no record on Friday...I think there is no such frenzied flow of people now, everyone has left a long time ago, can I take it without records??? And another question is why do you charge for the translation of 1 document in dollars? Russia works with rubles, Uzbekistan with soums...
I suggest that the Embassy of the Russian Federation put an apparatus for issuing coupons on a queue for a certain consular action, which will be equated to signing up for a queue on the Internet. It is convenient for someone to sign up online, and for someone to come live. Second. Payment of state duty with Mir cards in soums with subsequent conversion into rubles. A complete rejection of the dollar, which raises the question: Who do you work for? It is also possible to accept Uzbek soums with delivery to the bank and subsequent conversion into rubles, fortunately this is not a problem now!
I can't understand how I can make an appointment with you in an electronic queue if my link doesn't open from different devices... you call... no one answers, no one answers an email message either....
Hello! I would like to express my deep gratitude to A.A. Terentyev for his efficiency in work, high professionalism, and a sensitive approach to the problem of everyone who seeks help from the Consulate of the Russian Federation. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and from the bottom of my heart! Good luck and success in your work!
Ambartsumyan A.A. dated 08/16/2021
Hello people, everything is fine here, everything is fast and honest, as in a piece of paper, everything was done quickly, queues on call or on time excellent staff polite competent staff are happy that they have rules! I recommend everyone to take a queue and do everything quickly, thank you!
I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the Russian Consulate for the prompt, high-quality solution of our difficult issue. I wish you all good health and success in your difficult work. Sincerely, the Sharapov family. Thank you.
Hello! We would like to thank Hasan (we didn't find out his last name, sorry) for his urgent response and for his help with paperwork for a visa. Thank you very much, good health to all of you and all your loved ones, and success in your work! 25.02.2022
Terrible staff service. I wanted to clarify about the ban on entry into the Russian Federation, they said on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to check, but the website does not display information about my ban, I wanted to ask him this question without listening to me, they hung up the phone twice. What kind of boorish attitude to the people!!??
Today I got the impression that I communicate with mentally retarded people. Absolutely stupid employees. They sat for 4 hours , they didn't even have the sense to make 1 document. They left with nothing! It's a shame!! No help or support for their own citizens.
And everything was fine with us, the attitude towards citizens is good, everything is processed on time, and if something is not clear, they explain what, and how to do it in accelerated mode)) we signed up three times for registration and receipt of various documents, everything is done on time, so we are satisfied
Previously, there was a culture and recreation park on May 1st at this place.Perennial trees grew in the park, there were many birds, cuckoos, hoopoes and hedgehogs lived there. There was a summer cinema where the whole mahalla went in the evening to watch movies with their families :)Later they made a winter cinema there, then a district committee, and then communism ended :) and the territory went to the embassy.
My son and I flew to Tashkent to pick up my mother on March 14, as she was in intensive care. On the 15th, the border was closed. Yes, we are citizens of Uzbekistan, but we all have a residence permit, my son left work there to help my grandmother fly with me, where her passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation is already waiting for her in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Moscow region. We still can't break through to get out. Filkin's letter is all forms and references. They go to the Uzbek commission, and they go to them. And we are sitting and waiting for something. The money ran out for mom's treatment, but we are all waiting for manna from heaven and we cannot return home, where home and work and mom's treatment are waiting. You ARE SHAMELESS!
I called and asked for advice, but they tell me to get on the site. I don't need a site. I need a person to thoroughly learn about the set of documents.
It feels like great reviews are being written by the staff of this embassy!!! Politeness, in this institution, does not even smell! All as one, habalistic, greyhounds, and they can't answer more than one question! My mom's problem has not been solved for the second year!!!! She is sitting alone in Uzbekistan! On the part of Uzbekistan, they went to meet her (after the trial and fines), but their own did not!!!! They say it's your problem! Requests go from 6 months. The last request (which is never free) cannot be answered! Sharashkin's office! No one wants to work there, they can't get to the consul and they can't knock! Shame on this office! They do not help their own, they are rude, you will not get any help from them! Drive them away from there with a filthy broom!!!!!!!!
They work normally, but how people are rude to them is terrible, I myself issued a passport if calmly and humanely, then everything will help, the phone is busy because everyone is calling quarantine and the line is not rubber. Write to the mail and leave the numbers within 1-2 days to call back.
Thanks! The bistro has solved the case. They have a very busy job right now, despite the fact that they solved my problems professionally in an hour, thanks a lot to all the employees of the pasolstvo. I respect people who know their work very clearly. Sincerely, Mansur Nazarov
For citizens of the Russian Federation, admission is conducted by appointment. I.e. in a diploma.you get to the institution of your own country only if you are recorded by phone. The level of protection of its citizens outside the country is felt. By the way, all this fun with pre-registration takes place for our taxes🤷
Hello, I would like to thank the Russian Embassy and the Consular Department for their help in returning home. Thank you all very much and have a good job. Sincerely, Sergey Nurmatov.
I have repeatedly asked about the evacuation. I am a native of Uzbekistan, who took Russian citizenship in 2009. I came to my mother in Uzbekistan, as she lives alone, and recently sold her old house. I came to her to take her to Russia to help load the container. As a result, we bought tickets for March 20 and then closed the borders. I have repeatedly appealed to this embassy with a request to evacuate the two of us, but they agreed only on me alone. My mom is 74 years old, and do they really think that I will leave her here alone. Moreover, she suffered a heart attack. I want to say that they are all soulless, and probably from those who do not love and do not respect their parents.
The terrible communication of the embassy staff, Mr. Nekrasov, is unable to answer the question, is probably very busy rushing to lunch, or somewhere else. Please take action
A clean and open place, along Nukusskaya Street. But this is the main entrance for employees and their vehicles. For visitors, the entrance is on the back side. You need to enter the mahalla from the Macro side and take the first turn to the right.
There is always a guard. You can not park near the Embassy, either further near the Macro, or to the Embassy...
I want to thank the effectiveness of the work of the tourist police in Tashkent, in particular the criminal investigation officer of the tour.police Yunus aka, found himself in an unpleasant situation when receiving a money transfer from the bank Ipak yuli Mirabad district, the problem for the bank was the registration that I was given in the Samarkand region, refused to issue this reg, as a result, I asked for help.
I don't know how it was before, but I went to the reception at the consular department, there was no rudeness or rudeness from the staff. Everyone listened politely and calmly, and suggested what was needed.
Very polite and well-mannered people.!!!!!!!!!!!!
All the staff who work with people on the street. It's simple... but inside, everything is more or less normal.the site is not very good. they work only by appointment and it doesn't matter what your citizenship is. I have been to two embassies, but in Uzbekistan the embassy is not next to the embassy that is located in Korea.
Hello guys, I am a citizen of the Russian Federation and I came to Uzbekistan with my husband's documents and my children and I have been in namangan for 7 months now I gave birth to my daughter on 30.06.2020 I want to be a lady but I do not know where to turn help who knows where
Waiting in line is too long, the issue is solved only two days a week, hence the need to sign up a month in advance! Terrible attitude towards its citizens!
Excellent work of the Consulate on the evacuation of Russian citizens from the Republic of Uzbekistan. A well-established line of communication, well-organized consultations. Timely notification via Telegram! thank you very much!
The problems start from the very beginning - you won't get through to them if you get through in 3-4 hours, the beeps went (don't be happy) they immediately reset it
The work of the Consular Department is disgusting. The 1407100 phone is CONSTANTLY busy. You can get advice only through numerous notary offices. The service window is closed.
