Don't waste your time, and if you want to do it, I sincerely wish you strength. The situation is as follows. I tried to call the notary department a week ago. At first, I typed the specified one from the site (!!!) Number. There were no beeps - there was an immediate reset. I thought it was my problem. I decided to call next week (i.e. 19.07 today). The same problem. I started calling the other numbers as well, because I needed a certificate of marital status. I called the registry office - reset, called other numbers - reset. In general, you can see the history of my calls in the screenshots. ONE SINGLE TIME (!!!) I was able to get through to some common number. Happiness, the beeps went off. But that was not the case. The answering machine began to say that you need to select the department of interest on the site and that's it. Reset. And so on for all 40 minutes, until I got through to the notary 20 minutes before the end of the working day. By the way, the calls turned out to be paid. To my questions "why can't I get through to you and why do you constantly drop calls?" the answer was as follows: "Everyone gets through, everything works out for everyone." The girl also could not answer my question "how can I make an appointment?", saying that I should sign up for the waiting list, because the entire record has already been scheduled (and it is basically not on the site, which I safely sat and updated every day), and when you will be called is a matter of time. No approximate time frame, no record, no information, no way to get through-NOTHING. At least wait until your grave for your turn. And after all, the most important thing! You have to sit on the waiting list and update your personal account every day to see the long-awaited appointment. Read the screenshot about the waiting list. To the question "wouldn't it be easier to go to another city to the consulate to get this certificate?" - the answer was "WELL, IF IT'S EASIER FOR YOU, THEN PLEASE." Thank you very much. Apparently, it's true, it's easier in other places, but not here. I think that in principle, to get there, lay AT LEAST (!) six months for everything about everything. At least to get through to them. I sincerely advise against it. An inhuman attitude, as indicated in the comments above 👍

Before that, he lived in Kazakhstan for 32 years with a birth certificate, originally from Russia, and in Kazakhstan for 16 years he was unable to become a citizen of Kazakhstan.
They lost their Russian passport. The package of documents (and witnesses) was prepared according to the instructions on the official website.the website. All information was confirmed by phone. As a result, we arrived with everything we needed, after 1.5 hours we received a START - it turned out unexpectedly quickly! I consider the employees to be professionals, at least in my question for sure.
We came to apply for passports, and it turned out that we were blunted, not the fact that we could have dealt with this issue during the day, but we came from Petropavlovsk. As a result, the girl helped us, even though it wasn't her job. In general, I want to say thank you very much to this girl, and also to the man who let us in, marked or registered us, I don't know how to say it correctly. There are their numbers in Yandex maps , where else to call , you call these numbers , they immediately deny that this is the employee's number , so why add their numbers to the cards if they can 't help in any way ! A nightmare!
Neither to come in, nor to call, nor to ask what to do remains a question.
О, хоть честные отзывы, я тоже как то было, надо было получить нотариальную справку, честно, просто была шокирована, в Казахстане в гос структурах , в цонах сидят вежливые сотрудники, во всем помогают, здесь же было ощущение, что ты реально какой то скот, сотрудники позволяют себе грубо разговаривать ,посылать, орать на людей, хамить, на вопросы не получаешь ответов...ужас...даже к баранам относятся лучше..ужасное место, не понимаю, почему не поставить адекватных сотрудников, а не сволочей каких то, в связи с этим непонятно, почему ликвидировали русский центр, пользовались их услугами много лет, замечательные сотрудники, любой вопрос решали , помогали, все очень вежливо, приветливо и корректно, я всегда была от них в восторге, помогали буквально за копейки, переживали за твои трудности. После чего посещение Консульства и общение с его персоналом было просто шоком((( очень жаль, что в России не следят за персоналом гос учреждений(((
На проходной сказали записаться по телефону на приём. Звоню третий день, звонков делаю много, 1-2 часа звоню, не в обеденный перерыв, не выходной/праздничный день. В почте пока что второй рабочий день не вижу реакции. Ну и зачем тогда это предприятие существует???

Отсутствие компетентности у сотрудников отдела - выход из гражданства. Каждый раз говорят по разному. Нету никакой конкретики. Не дают ни слова вставить, ни объяснить проблему. Просто отношение на ОТВАЛИ! хотя в таких местах я думала должны сидеть люди, которые могут помочь своим согражданам. складывается впечатление что ты им ДОЛЖНА ЧТО ТО.
Потеряли мой конверт, то ли они не они не знаю. Но в конверте были важные документы
Даже одной звезды не поставила бы. Невозможно дозвониться ни по одному телефону. Встала по вопросам нотариата в лист ожидания месяц назад, в список записи так и не попала. Вопрос так и завис. Даже не знаешь, как до них достучаться. Ужасное место.
Девушка необъяснив толком ничего , бросает телефон, и разговаривает очень нервно, зачем в такую структуру где надо общаться с людьми ,ставить работать людей человеконенависников, непонятно?
