The work of the Russian Consulate in Warsaw is a real shame. It is impossible to reach them by the main number: calls are either ignored or reset. The emergency number offers rudeness and rudeness instead of help, the staff openly declare that they are not going to help in any way. No one has been responding to emails sent to official email addresses for weeks. This attitude demonstrates absolute disrespect for the citizens of the Russian Federation and complete inconsistency with the standards of consular work. No support, no responsibility, just indifference and neglect. Do not hesitate to write complaints to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs email. Maybe it will stir them up.
