A LITTLE BIT OF SENSE: THEY DIDN'T WORK SO WELL BEFORE, BUT NOW THEY DO... Will the international situation write it off? And how much is there in it, in such a situation - and, in particular, in what is happening in the relations between the Czech Republic and Russia - the activity (or without) the ambassadorship itself? How actively did the department work with the Czech population that treats us positively? Or to unite and support ordinary Russians living in the Czech Republic (not counting cool businessmen and their own relatives and acquaintances)? On the formation and development of Russian diasporas that are somehow oriented towards us? On the contrary, in the same Prague, the last 10-15 years have witnessed the extinction of the overwhelming majority of organizations associated with our country or oriented towards Russians: associations, clubs, trading houses, shops, tourist organizations, the media, etc. Without attempts at any serious support (of any kind) from our politicians and/or diplomats - when it was possible and very necessary. So who's to blame now? And how to work further? MFA, Rossotrudnichestvo, enlighten me!
p/s/ And the embassy building itself is a large and very beautiful palace. If you can get here, we recommend it. And the neighborhood adjacent to it, cozy and green, near Stromovka Park. And not even one
I have not been able to make an appointment for more than two months, my passport has already expired..every day you are afraid that you will forget to check the status, why not open the consulate of the Russian Federation in Varakh and Brno, as before??!((
It is impossible to make an appointment. You need to go in EVERY day and check (with a code and a captcha) if a place has appeared. I missed one day - the queue is gone. After 3 months of daily inspections, the place did not appear. Obviously, this is such a way to return the relocators to their homeland - stupidly not to let them change their passport.
