The only thing with payment is almost not convenient, you need to go to the national bank and pay for services through the bank. Azamat Baike currently works at the consulate, knows his job well, and helps very quickly.

Very bad, there is no normal waiting room. We were waiting outside in the rain, roe deer is not at the workplace. They say he left for his lunch break. Although according to the work schedule, he should have been at his workplace. No one is allowed even into the waiting room, a crowd of people are waiting in the rain

Why work if they don't even take a phone call? I was there once, I thought smart, intelligent people work at the consulate. Yeah. There was a young man sitting there, swollen with fat and an impudent muzzle, talking to me as if he himself was the master of the world. Shame on you! Don't create the appearance of work, but really work! On the other hand, I can say that this type of consulate can be closed since they still don't work, the round-the-clock stall works better
