Incompetent people are working, the parcel was not reported, it was returned, after writing the application and paying for the issue from the return sorting point, the parcel was returned to the sender anyway.

The department is working abominably. A constant queue. They don't carry bills for the light, but in order to pick it up at the department, you need to go through a whole quest and take a vacation at the same time. You can easily spend a couple of days in line there
