Dear heads of the State Enterprise Post of Donbass! We need to do something about the organization of receiving parcels. There is one queue for all services, it is simply unacceptable to stand behind a parcel for an hour and a half. I believe that the post office should first of all deal with the delivery of correspondence and parcels, and then pay utility bills, because this is a post office, not a bank.

The parcel was picked up only on 4 attempts, 4 days after the operator called.
Huge queues.of the 3 windows, 1 actually works.The rest have a break sign on them.
There is no division by tasks-the window issues and accepts parcels, and accepts documents for transfer, and issues insurance.
Remarkable endurance and patience are required.
