The post office staff did not inform the recipient about the arrival of the parcel or its storage period. Despite the fact that the phone number was indicated when ordering the parcel. Now it is unclear where the parcel is located, because it never reached the sender.

The staff is terrible, rude, always yelling, they can't explain anything normally. The service is slow. In general, there is one negative from visiting this department.
