Impressive work has been done on the renovation of the old holiday home.
The hotel turned out to be beyond praise! Everything is very stylish and quite well done.
It is very pleasant to be on the territory! You feel like you are abroad, in the best sense of the word!
The buffet breakfasts and dinners are of very high quality, delicious and quite varied! Dinner was paid for separately in the morning: 900rubles per person (09.2024) Many thanks to the chefs and the bartender Said, who fed us these 5 days.
By the way, the bar always has excellent wine at 150 rubles (!) per glass. In general, the prices for everything in this hotel are very pleasing! Across the river, just 5 km away, a hotel of this level costs around 30,000 rubles per day. I'm not exaggerating. Except that there is no SPA and swimming pool in Portorica.
Comfortable mattresses of Ascona (Setra), the linen is dense, expensive. Pillows didn't really suit me personally - but my long-term habit of sleeping on a latex pillow is to blame.
The hotel has a beach with the same new sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach is quite clean and, compared to the beloved Sirius, secluded.
However, the Psou river flows into the sea nearby - it is just dirty and it is necessary to monitor the flow at sea on the day of bathing.
There ARE disadvantages!
The main thing is the general decay, devastation and debris around the hotel.
The former greatness of this place: century-old cypresses, the best sanatoriums and children's camps in the Union bustling with life - all this now resembles the scenery of Tarkovsky's Stalker. Cows are eating garbage from a burning garbage dump near a collapsed fence - this is the background of the ultra-modern, stylish, comfortable and cozy hotel "Portoritsa". I'm afraid the owners of the hotel cannot influence this situation ... and in the end, many people go for this "flavor of Abkhazia": the most powerful nature and a lot of abandonment.
All minor flaws in the construction and operation of the hotel's services will be polished in the first year of operation. The hotel has just opened. I wish everyone involved success! And I respect the owners for their sense of style and high quality standards.

A wonderful hotel! Located near the border, we went for a walk to Sirius to the checkpoint on foot. The sea is a couple of minutes away. The hotel is new, very pleased with its thoughtful design and cozy atmosphere. The staff is very friendly! The girls at the reception are friendly and always ready to help! Special thanks to them - they told me everything, showed me where to go and what to see. We took an excursion from them for the whole day - we were satisfied. The rooms are clean, new, cleaned daily. Sun beds on the beach and beach towels are free of charge. Breakfast is included in the room rate (buffet). You can take dinner for an additional payment, we took it several times, they cook delicious!!! Tea bags, coffee, kettle, tea utensils are in the room. The room had a balcony overlooking the garden, but we also saw a piece of the sea. On the balcony there is a table and comfortable chairs, a clothes dryer. If the price tag does not "take off" much next year, we will definitely come back to you

A very cool hotel! The room is beyond praise, an amazing King size bed and a mattress with a blanket, in which you drown kkk in a cloud. Plasma with a working YouTube - a separate like 😉 The only drawback of the room is that the electricity was turned off at night and I woke up because the air conditioner was turning off. And so - the highest class.
The breakfasts and dinners are amazing, my separate respect for cottage cheese and vegetables. Well, soups))
Among the disadvantages: there is not enough pool, so the sea is not always peaceful, often waves. There is still a lot of lack of transfer from the border, as it is too far to walk in the heat.
I had a rest for only 4 nights, but I had a good rest! If the price tag does not go up, then I will come more than once.

The hotel in Gyachripsh is 2 km from the border with Russia. Tsandripsh district. The hotel is after renovation, complete renovation including rooms. Good repair, modern stylish interior. The territory is huge, but it has not yet been completely improved. It is very clean, there are chillout and smoking areas. In the future, I think it will be very good. The hotel is open on half board, breakfast - dinner. The food is good, there are not enough desserts yet, but I think this will be resolved soon. A coffee machine with good coffee. The staff is friendly, they try very hard. The standard rooms are small, but there are other room categories that are more spacious. The rooms have a safe for free, a tea station and tea and coffee. The water in the refrigerator is replenished every day. Nice new underwear. The beach is private, equipped, across the street. Umbrellas, sun beds, beach towels are provided. The beach is pebbly, it is advisable to have special shoes.

We had breakfast, the menu was extensive, everything was delicious, fresh. Different fruits
The staff is always smiling, always helps, explains
The territory is vast, there is much more to grow,
There is a private beach nearby, the sea is clean, there are sun loungers and umbrellas.
When leaving, there was definitely a desire to return here, Of course I will recommend this hotel.Go ahead, you won't regret it.

The portico is in the very heart!!! Comfort / care / sincere hospitality / cordiality ...
as if they had come to visit their aunts.
Its own cozy courtyard, where garden furniture is located. No one bothers each other.
The beach is next to the hotel, with its own umbrellas/sun loungers/tables and a beach towel

I recommend a Relax hotel! Opened in August 24,new,very beautiful,in a green area, 5 minutes from the sea with its own beach and sun beds.The service is at 4, but this is at the moment of the opening of the hotel, the breakfasts are normal, the assortment was changed every day! The hotel itself is away from the noise and tourists, very convenient.there is a shop and a cafe nearby. We will definitely come back.Moreover, they are planning 3 swimming pools and a new building!

A wonderful, brand new hotel near the border in Abkhazia (10 minutes on foot).
It is not so easy to find a good hotel in Abkhazia for little money. So I found it!!
Everything is new , everything is very clean and cozy . The sea is 2 minutes away , umbrellas, sun beds - everything is free.
but!!! This hotel is for a relaxing and relaxing stay. There are no restaurants or cafes nearby.
