I ordered doors,,A steel line,, but the measurer was always very busy, he could not arrive at the agreed time, motivated by the fact that he had a lot of orders. I had to terminate the contract. I've wasted my time and nerves. I think this attitude towards the client is unacceptable.

And it is not known exactly when it will be ready. You need to extract information bit by bit from the staff, they don't contact you themselves.

It's just trash! If you want to tickle your nerves, then you must come here! Communication with the client at the level of fiction, NO, moreover, at the level of placing an order with a contract, and before installing doors! The manager's attitude is arrogant, dismissive, disrespectful, they will talk to you "from the top", you don't understand anything, but they are pros! The salon is not customer-oriented at all! You will not be contacted at any stage, if you want information on your order, call, ask, beg for yourself, where they are up to you! If you knew... there are many decent manufacturers and with more adequate communication. It is a pity that you "stumbled into" this salon, do not make such a mistake, it is a pity that you did not read the reviews before going to this salon. Aah, the contract was also overdue, they waited for almost 3 months for interior doors, compensation for "spit", did not cover all the costs associated with the delay in repairs. A book of complaints and suggestions to help us!

We ordered the doors from this organization. They promised one thing in fact, but in fact it turned out to be completely different. We agreed with the door installer to install, as we promised to ship the doors, but in fact we decided to dial and clarify whether the doors arrived, but it turned out that they were not shipped from production. Employees do not return calls to their customers.
The attitude towards customers is terrible. Do not order doors here.

In a word, business is Belarusian. I ordered 2 entrance doors instead of 1.5 months, I have been waiting for 3. I have not heard any apologies, but the company was counted as a penalty of 0.15% for each day of delay in the yard, which clearly does not cover my costs for a simple repair.

I ordered invisible doors. The price range is above average, but I decided to order, hoping that there would be good service and there would be no headache, but the service was very disappointing. The order was overdue for more than a week, and no one even notified me about it, I always called myself. Managers do not keep their promises: they have not prepared contracts in advance, they do not call back. The delivery is also a strange situation: they forgot to give out the door handles. During the installation process, it turned out that the wrong seals were installed at the factory. There are no questions for the installers yet. I'll look further at how the doors will manifest themselves in operation (from a design point of view, everything is fine).

In August 2021, I ordered sliding interior doors with a suspended element of the Italian-made system from the store. As I was told, this element will arrive in early September. In early September, he arrived, a store employee informed me about this and said that the installer would contact you in two days and we would agree on an installation date, but no one called me during the week. To my question, I was told that this element is in their warehouse in Molodechno (70 km. from Minsk) and the other day it will be brought . They took them from Molodechno to the Minsk warehouse for two weeks, and now they can't bring them to Kolodishchi for a week: either the storekeeper is not in the warehouse every day, or they forgot to prepare the rollers for this element. now you have to go somewhere else to get the plugs. Today is October 05, they have had the element for almost a month, and it is a problem for them to bring and install it. They know how to sell, but they probably don't keep their word and respect the customer. I can't say anything about the quality of the doors yet, but trust in them has already been undermined,
