The place is interesting to visit, suitable for both adults and children, but there are flaws in the service and in the work of the administrator.
1. If visitors must enter without personal belongings, then you must put individual storage lockers for their storage, not just a camera! Bags are required to be left under this camera, at the entrance, where any thief can jump in, grab and run away! Yes, they may find him on the cameras, but I think everyone knows what he will do with the money, documents, etc. Those who don't have a car, keep this in mind.
2. It's very good that they treat their hands in front of the birds, but what about the fact that you also want to wash your hands after visiting?! Set a wet point!
3. Photos are really very expensive, and initially they are sold only with frames and only then, after payment, they offer to buy back photos without these frames.
4. The administrator does not know how to communicate with visitors! No one asks us to "lick" us, but it's not allowed to talk as if she's paying for our visit!
I understand that all of the above claims do not directly relate to her, but it was worth answering that yes, these are indeed our shortcomings and we will take action.
We were 3 adults and 3 children, so the amount spent was significant, but if it hadn't been for the children, we would have turned around and left!
I want to express my gratitude to the girls who are directly in the room with the birds, are responsive, attentive, and will tell you everything.
They left a good impression of the visit!
For parents: it is not worth going with very small and timid children, birds are nimble and some bite, babies cry. But it's up to you)
It's better to wear clothes that you don't mind, because there are claw marks and some birds nibble on them, but this did not affect our pleasant emotions.

But everything would be fine, but they also earn money from the photo. 18 rub photo magnet with stand. You come out-everything has been printed out and is already being SOLD)) Yes, it's so good that even with the last money you buy these memories. The photo cost 71 rubles: 3 magnetic photos, paper ones are somewhat inexpensive (they recycle them anyway) and digital ones. unfortunately, digital ones are not offered separately)) The minus thing that I regretted when I took these photos is that they have a wide stripe, full height or length, it says "PARROT"!! I can't just look at the child or at us together without noticing this inscription. It's stupid, because I already remember. Where I went... This left an unpleasant aftertaste. This inscription did not immediately catch my eye. I doubted for a very long time, I was professionally put the squeeze on. )) In general, then we lived very modestly for 5-6 days))), because for me it was unforeseen expenses. It was actually the last money.
Organizers, remove unnecessary labels from the photo. Cropping is of course an option, but you need to spend money on a new magnet format again.
