We had a vacation in 2024 at the poolside.
We got to one of the transported events at the hotel. The owners arranged a party for the guests with animators and an entertainment program, snacks and drinks. It was very pleasant, because at the level of the recreation center, which has just opened, it is pleasant to pay so much attention to the guests.
As you can see, the territory is very beautiful and stylish, and the houses inside are also aesthetic. The pool is large and comfortable. Kids have their own zone
We recommend it! And we will definitely come back ourselves.

I liked the place. There is a heated swimming pool, a kitchen with everything you need and a barbecue area. The cottages are cozy. There is a split, TV, bed and sofa. Each cottage has armchairs and a table for relaxing outside. It's not far to the sea, there are several cafes in the area and shops, as well as a public transport stop, but you won't find a bus in off-season, but there are taxi drivers) the condition of the road on Morskoy Street leaves much to be desired, but I think that in a couple of years the situation will change. And, of course, the disadvantage is that the landfill is constantly being burned and there is a burning smell. But during the week of rest, I did not pay attention to this, so I recommend it!

1) One very important and the biggest minus is that Every day at 11:00 p.m., they don't come up, they start burning garbage at the landfill, and there is a terrible smell of burning all over the street until the morning, it all depends on the direction of the wind
It is impossible to sit outside at this time! Everything that hangs on the street also stinks of burning before a new wash.... And it's not the smell of burnt grass, it's burning GARBAGE
There are also cows in the neighborhood and the smell of poop will be constant throughout the day)
2) Since the hotel is new, the details
have not been thought out, there are no glasses for toothbrushes, soap and any household chemicals in the room, there is no cloth to wipe the table behind you, there are dishes for cooking in the kitchen, but there are no dishes for storage, for example, someone cooked with and put soup in this saucepan in the refrigerator So there's a risk that you won't get the pots at all
3) location, about 1 km to the sea on foot, and there is one shop and 1 cafe nearby, it is not convenient there without a car, and the road to the hotel is broken

we had a family vacation for 3 days at the end of August. I really liked the base. Everything is brand new, clean, beautiful, quiet. Very nice pool. And by the way, it's not unimportant, you can't hear the neighbors from the terrace of the neighboring house. For holidays with children, the most important thing is that it will be boring for young people, because this is still a rural area. But we called a taxi and went to patskha. The sea is 10 minutes slowly. A couple of small shops, a canteen, but again this is a village. We drove everywhere perfectly well, bought groceries. In general, we will come again. We rested here in August 2024, there are no complaints about the recreation center itself, everything is new, cozy, and a gorgeous pool. They rarely cleaned, but you could ask and the room was cleaned. But I want to warn everyone, when we chose this place, we did not come across more than one review about this place, there really is a main dump nearby, where an endless string of garbage trucks are constantly being transported. And in the evening they begin to burn it, the stench is simply incredible, smog settles, it is simply impossible to breathe. Everyone with whom they went on excursions and all taxi drivers consider S. Alazadzy to be just a dump, no one really wants to go to this place, they had to constantly raise the fare. If you value your health and the health of your children, I do not advise you to choose this place

A very cool place! Atmospheric, cozy and stylish. One of the huge advantages is a very clean pool with good filtration , we swam late at night like in the springs, very warm. The rooms are in Scandinavian style, there is a refrigerator , air conditioning. Visually, it is a very modern and pleasant place . We met the owner, a very charismatic and warm person. And probably the most important thing is that the hotel is very customer-oriented, it is very important that the client is comfortable. Therefore, a solid 5 !

A great place to relax with children.
All locations are thought out to the smallest detail and are very comfortable, starting from the entrance to the hotel and ending with a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils.
The Internet is super fast, the water in the pool is clean, the atmosphere is friendly and this paradise surrounded by cypresses and mountains is just five minutes from the purest sea.

The hotel has exceeded all our expectations! Considering that this is a rural area, the level of the hotel is just Super! The most amazing place to stay! In silence, safe and in perfect conditions. We had a wonderful rest in Alakhadzy! If it had been possible to stay at this hotel earlier, we would have come here every year!
New beautifully planned and built apartments! There is enough space for three people! There is plenty of water, both hot and cold, you can drink from the tap, the electricity is constant, clean, well-built! The right heated pool! It's a special thrill to get into heated water when it's cool outside!
It's very close to both airports! Silence, the purest air! The sea is a five-minute walk away. The store is 100 meters away! A large supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. The hosts are decent and very attentive! They know their own business and love their job very much! We will definitely come again!

We rested at the hotel in mid-August, I chose exclusively based on reviews and photos, but unfortunately the reviews did not mention the existing disadvantages. I'll start with the hotel: the territory is not very large, but it is quite cozy. There is free parking on site, cozy houses with a terrace, a heated swimming pool that is illuminated at night, sun beds with umbrellas. There is a kitchen for self-cooking, for example, we used it 2 times, a washing machine, and you can wash your clothes for free. There is a projector, in the evening they turned on clips, movies or cartoons for children. Friendly, helpful, sociable hosts. In the rooms, air conditioning, small refrigerator, hair dryer, TV. Well, now let's move on to the cons, for which I'm actually pushing this review. In the village of Alakhadzy, where this hotel is located, there is a city dump and the navigator led us through this dump. And the first impression where we got was frightening, and after we felt the fumes in the evening, and poisonous, which soaked into both hair and clean clothes (which were dried outside), it was not possible to be on the terrace! And all the windows were closed because
this fumes were every evening. After that, we saw with our own eyes how garbage is burned at the landfill and white smog envelops the whole village. If I had read this in the reviews earlier, of course I would not have gone to this village for nothing! It is because of this that I put a three. Even in the evenings, mosquitoes, too, are not pleasant, you can't sit on the terrace for a long time, we also had them in our room. The other disadvantages are not so significant, but they still take place: there are broken roads outside the hotel, lack of infrastructure, the beach is not equipped (there is no toilet, shower), there are no lifeguards, there is no bathing area for children, walk to the beach about 500 meters along a broken, dusty road. It is difficult to move around without a car. There are also disadvantages to the hotel itself, for example, there were no cosmetic accessories (soap, shampoo, shower gel), there is no cup holder for toothbrushes. The website states that cleaning is done every day, but in fact only the trash on the terrace and in the bathroom was cleaned. Our child got sick with rotovirus on day 3, and I asked to do a wet cleaning, after that they never cleaned our house. The cleaning schedule is not clear at all. And it wasn't just us who were sick with rotovirus, there were definitely three houses in our period. They say August is such a period. I was surprised when I saw only 3 hangers in the closet, basically all the things had to be stored in a suitcase. I didn't want to spoil the rating of the hotel, but I can't keep silent either! Our vacation has definitely gone bad. Although all the photos on the hotel's website are completely true. But still, take seriously the choice of a locality for recreation, there is a huge risk of being disappointed and spoiling your vacation.

We rested in August 2024, the hotel is not bad, there is a minus, bad Internet and the smell of sewage in room 1 , the territory is well maintained , the pool is clean.
This is where all the advantages ended, something incredible begins outside the hotel door, cows and everything after them lies in heaps on the road, (it was raining and the feces of local cattle flowed like a stream) every evening they burn the dump that we breathed , the road to the sea is all broken and takes 13-15 minutes to buy fresh vegetables and fruits are practically nowhere, a couple of shops with a sign "products" are crammed with doshiraki and all the like 🙄
The feeling that you are in a remote village , the beach is not equipped at all!
There are no elementary deck chairs!
We came for a week and dreamed of leaving faster!!!!
The vacation is ruined by 1000%
Ask the owner of the house to remove everything that is outside the hotel door. !
The feeling that we just paid for an overnight stay in this hotel!!!

We spent wonderful days at this hotel! I would like to especially mention the hospitality and cordiality of the host and staff, who did everything possible to make us feel at home.
The rooms were very clean, and the hotel grounds were well maintained. Separately, I would like to highlight high-quality bed linen. Special thanks for the pool! Big, perfectly clean. And, of course, the sea — it was very close, which made the rest even more pleasant.
