Hello. I applied for the services of Pony Express and was very pleased with the work of the team.
It was necessary to send the parcel to the Moscow region (80 km from the MKAD).
It is very convenient that a courier can come and pick it up directly from home, and this does not affect the price.!!! The delivery was very fast, on Wednesday afternoon the parcel was picked up at Fri. in the morning it was already from the recipient.
The prices are also nice!!!
I didn't think it would be a problem to deliver a parcel to Moscow or the Moscow region.
In other companies, you can't have sweets, then the price is so much!!! that it exceeds the parcel itself in value..
I thought I wouldn't send it.
But! I found the Pony Express company on the Internet and it turned out to be a salvation.
The operators, Anastasia in particular, explained everything very clearly, the courier arrived quickly, without nerves.. everything is polite.
We tracked the parcel and notified about the communication with the customer all along the way.
Additionally packed in the warehouse..
I am very, very pleased with the work of the company.

Prices for people!!! Otherwise, other transportation companies, including Belpost, simply have no logic in setting prices.

I want to say thank you and express my gratitude to all the employees of AliExpress for their polite and considerate attitude towards customers.When contacting us, we explained everything correctly and clearly.At first, I was very doubtful that delivery from Orenburg "from the door" to Vitebsk "to the door" could cost 52 rubles, but it turned out to be true.It may cost more in Belarus, but here it costs 52 rubles from Russia to Belarus. I want to say that you do not have competitors, they do, but they have delivery either from PVZ to PVZ, or twice as expensive.Yes, the deadlines may have extended a little: accepted on 13.02 -
delivered on 25.02, but that's okay. It's not a fact that other companies would have delivered faster. Thank you very much again for your work and for having such a service!
