It is impossible to get information over the phone - employees have no more information than you do. It is impossible to talk to the management. They do not respond to claims on their own website. So you can only order transportation for something that is not responsible.
Thank you so much for the prompt delivery! I sent the documents from Minsk to South Korea, they were delivered even earlier than expected: on Thursday, March 18, I sent them, and on Monday, 22 documents were in place.

5 days after my documents were transferred to the delivery service, so far no one has called back , he called himself, they feed him breakfast, it is not possible to solve questions with someone about a hundred , a disgusting company, deliveries are delayed, they do not go to contacts.
They promised delivery from 10 to 08/12/20, they did not deliver, they promise by phone that the courier will contact, but neither the order nor the courier did not wait.
