Absolutely unacceptable service!
I am extremely outraged that the client is being addressed "well, what do you girls want?". It's disgusting. Ponfury was cooked according to the wrong recipe, even on Instagram there is a video of the correct recipe, and the staff do not know how to cook at least on a piece of paper.
There are two guys on shift who absolutely do not know how to work adequately. The doughnuts are small, I'm sure that the grammars are not respected, in other normal doughnuts, where there is adequate staff, the service is completely different. Please take measures in relation to the staff, otherwise people will stop coming to you and your production will cease to be profitable. I am a frequent customer of this institution, but with such service, I will stop buying anything from you at all.
There is no service , neither hello nor goodbye ,the cashier is constantly on the phone , even while taking an order , he behaves rudely , there are rubber , small and not fresh donuts in the window, it's hard to even call them donuts ,I'm shocked ,the rest of the donut shops prepare products during operation and put fresh products on display instead of waiting for the old ones to dry for a day and not giving them to customers , it 's a shame ,I don 't understand why this point still exists
When visiting this institution, only positive emotions remained. We were served by a team of guys who pleased us according to all requirements. The donuts were taken away hot, heavily stuffed. I recommend you to visit
Terrible staff. We reluctantly made a hot dog. They didn't give us the tracker, so we only found out about it when we came over, and it had been lying on the counter for an unknown amount of time. It's impossible to eat because it's falling apart, the sausage is burnt. In general, you can't even give 2 stars.
We ordered a box for pickup, no one contacted us, the box was not ready by the time indicated for pickup! The donuts are as tiny as possible!!!!I do not recommend visiting this place!
P.S. The photo does not convey miniaturization, of course, but instead of 3 donuts, it calmly fits 4 in a row
we often bought donuts there, unfortunately, recently the service has become unacceptable. advertising on all screens of the palazzo: minus 10% according to the promo code August. when my husband said this at the checkout on 31.08, the seller replied that August was already over. we paid for the doughnuts and juice, the juice was not given, then we had to go back and ask for the juice. we sat down to eat near the cafe and a minute after the purchase, the waiter puts up an ad: 50% discount on products, as there is an hour left before closing. that is, they did not give us a discount out of harmfulness. very impolite staff
The service is disgustingly boorish. The cashier does not see boundaries at all, not hello, not goodbye, answers all questions with rolled eyes. Although the donuts are delicious, it's better not to take them at this point.
I advise you to change the staff. The two guys at the checkout are unable to make friendly faces and remember the order the third time. The service feels like everyone owes them something. The donuts are delicious
The staff is disgusting, not polite, they talk to customers "what do you want?" Two employees are working, one order, instead of making it, they preferred to chat with the owner. They did not warn in advance that there are no lids from the cups for cold drinks. They didn't do it in ordinary coffee glasses so that we could calmly put on the lids and go for a walk. The owner tried to offer one ordinary doughnut for two people as compensation?!! Shame
We couldn't taste the doughnuts... when we approached, we were simply ignored, the young man was on the phone at that time. When we called him and politely asked for a set of doughnuts, he abruptly and rudely said "NO!"
I was taken aback by such rudeness. When I asked why, he replied, "you don't see, I'm here alone, I don't have time. I've already called my superiors."
I understand that there may be a fuss, but this is not a reason to talk rudely to potential buyers.
