The day before the required date, I made an order for 120 donuts. I specified three times what doughnuts were needed and the number of boxes. But when I came to pick up the order, it turned out that the girl did not understand correctly and instead of the right order, they just collected 5 sets of boxes for me. I had to wait another 20 minutes and partially pick up the donuts with sprinkles, although it was agreed exclusively with icing. Otherwise, I would have waited even longer. It is a pity that your employee does not give a damn about her duties and does not have basic knowledge in accepting orders. As a result, the donuts were so hot that half of the glaze was imprinted on the lids of the boxes, and the sprinkles from the bottom row remained on the donuts from the top. It was very uncomfortable in front of the guests. I'm definitely not coming to you anymore.

This is the first time I've taken something from this place and I'm partially upset.
I bought three donuts with icing, there are no questions about them, they are very tasty, but just a minute later I saw a flyer with bubble tea and decided to try it.
I took the bubble way and honestly, it's not that disappointing, it's just terrifying.
It was impossible to drink, it wasn't just tasteless, it was disgusting.
Not only that, instead of tapioca (as shown on the leaflet), some raspberry jelly was added (like marmalades), but the drink itself tasted like spoiled warmed milk.
Honestly, I don't understand what needs to be added there to achieve such a taste.
I approached the girl with a request to refund the money, because it is impossible to drink it and offered her a try, so that she would at least understand that I was not just picking on her, but the girl refused, saying that she had tried it and they work according to those. the map (sort of). I clarified what that meant, to which they replied that everyone had different tastes and it wasn't their problem, which I didn't like. I asked again about the refund (because 10 rubles for 2 sips of a disgusting drink is honestly a pity), they told me that they would not refund.
My friend was also ordering bubble tea at that moment, but it was different, Heavenly, and not super tasty, BUT at least it was possible to drink it.
I still don't understand what they gave me(

There are lemonades on the menu, but no ice. It's cool, of course, on a hot day, not to think about this moment, that you can't buy or prepare more ice for your customers in a popular place in Minsk! It's clear that many people will want to cool off by buying lemonade or ice latte, but no. I am very upset , I stood in line in vain and wasted my time , it would be better to go straight to the mac or the KFS, It is a complete disappointment , No matter how you enter , you will be late in addition , the staff are very slow .

I've heard a lot of laudatory reviews about these donuts. I decided to try it. I took an assorted box of 12 pieces. They put doughnuts from the window in a box. While I took them to their destination, they all fell into a pile, which is not clear with what. Everyone's taste is mediocre. Apparently, in order to appreciate them, you need to love donuts VERY much. For me, donuts for three. I won't buy any more.

When I started saying that it was not fresh and cold, that I did not want it, they sold it to me until the last moment.
