The service is disgusting.
I bought two boxes of products focused not only on taste but also on quality... However, the girl packed me a ready-made product from the windmill, cooked in my opinion three hours before my arrival, of course it will already be cold, and given the rainy weather outside and the ambient temperature (tea is not June outside), the donuts were very cold, if not worse ...
At the same time, the seller said, what -"Yes, they are cold, but no one will put a new dough in the near future."
I had to buy what they offered... I bought 50 rubles worth of "oak" bagels...
Two questions:
1) Who is this cafe designed for? If it's for students, then it's possible - they'll pick up cold ones on the go... But they are also people, why should they put the goods that they have already prepared in the morning?!
2) Why bake so many of these donuts if it is a weekday and there are no people even in the Hippo store? Make the blanks and cook them right in front of the guest...
And so they baked in the afternoon and sit on the bench until the evening, the seeds are husked...
The time was 15 o'clock in the afternoon, if he was there, there were still three hours left...
Disgusting! I was not impressed.

Disgusting service on Goretsky 2. On January 14, 2025, at about 16:30, they wanted to buy an assortment of 15-17 donuts. It was not available. And this is not the first time! Two salesmen are on shift and doing nothing. I don't understand why it's impossible to prepare and knead the dough, it feels like customers are not expected. Darin's salesman is being rude, doesn't know what to do. She asked us five times if we would wait instead of going and completing the order. Two sellers are either writing it down, or trying to assemble an order from the leftovers, or simply arguing with the buyer. It is much easier to accept an order, ask to wait, saying with a smile that we will bake fresh ones for you now, please sit down, we could offer to buy coffee while we wait. We weren't the only ones who left empty-handed. If you are not ready to serve customers on the spot, leave only the delivery. Or take up staff training.
We shouldn't have been happy about the opening of your establishment. There are either no donuts, or they are cold.

A good donut chain. Specifically, in Hippo, it's generally great here - it's cozy, there are a lot of places. There is a place to sit, especially since most take it out. Polite staff, everything was quickly prepared) According to tradition, I try Pon fury everywhere, dessert with ice cream. It was beautifully made here, they put a lot of ice cream, they didn't regret topping, I liked it 👍
