I don't share most of my impressions of this place. I won't complain about the products here, everything is great. I've been there twice in the last month, but they'll probably be the last. He runs into such places on the way to pamper himself. But it's not like that. The first time I bought donuts and a bottle of cola, paid for it, received it, and the cola was warm (a so-called warm Cola drink), the last time I took "classic donuts", as madame said when she tried the receipt, and in order not to repeat the mistakes, I asked for American coffee and added a little milk. It turned out that adding milk was not allowed in Americano, I had to take cappuccino, and after receiving the doughnuts, they turned out to be without powder... "Is powder an additional option?" - I asked, "Yes!" I got an unequivocal answer. And for some reason, I immediately smelled like a canteen and sour cabbage soup. Does this happen in good places? Do you want a coke? Is it only warm, will it suit you or offer something else? Do you want doughnuts with or without powder? And let me sprinkle some on you, and you will notice that there is a separate type with powder. But, it's not in this place.

The donuts here are incredibly delicious, fresh and just melt in your mouth. The variety of flavors is impressive – from classic to unique, with fillings and glazes that are simply indescribably delicious. The service is excellent: the friendly and attentive staff made my visit even more pleasant. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting to enjoy a sweet treat in a pleasant environment. I will definitely come back and recommend everyone to try their great donuts

The donuts are delicious, but there are many perplexities:
-a catering point where people are definitely more than 30 minutes, but there is no toilet! How so?!
- there is nowhere to wash your hands, although we take donuts with our hands! , and there is not even a dez.hand tools to process! Is this possible nowadays? And san.epid. How does it go, seriously?
-- I understand that there are a lot of people, they are buying up donuts, but why do you have to wait until there is absolutely nothing left, and only then start cooking the next batch (I bought about 18 hours, and the institution works until 22 hours!)
-the girls work reluctantly, as if they are doing a favor, about a smile and a banal phrase wishing you a pleasant We're not talking about appetite, I didn't even expect it.
- I took a trial box, you can't choose donuts of the taste you like, they will put them themselves, but you understand which ones they will put, right?
- when I bought them at home, the donuts were packed in a box, there is no bag, as in other places, to put this box. Is she supposed to be carried in her hands?
Now I'm thinking, is this the case all over the network, or is it just very tired girls at this point?

On my son's birthday, I made a reservation 4 hours before the scheduled time. The staff couldn't prepare the donuts in time. The Yandex driver did not wait 30 minutes for the dough to be cooked.
The result is a spoiled children's holiday.
