It's a disgusting school, I don't recommend it to anyone. I studied German from scratch online, the group was initially 10 people, then the students began to leave quietly. The next step was a message in Viber from the manager that the course is being shortened and becomes not 6 months, but 5 because there are 5 people left, and no money is returned. In the end, I was the only one left in the group, and those four left. I missed three classes altogether, and the group was disbanded. I'm sorry, I didn't get any money.

Let's start with a pleasant one. I started studying at this school last year, and everything was great. One of the obvious advantages of this school is the teachers. This year I signed up to continue the level, and again everything started well. Despite the pandemic, classes took place, but only 3 (and I signed an agreement for offline training!!!) I asked the manager several times in advance if there would be a postponement of the lesson, because for me it was an important point to study offline, to which I was told that everything would be as prescribed in the contract. OK! After the 3rd lesson, I and several other people found out completely (!!!) it is by chance that classes are switching to online mode, which no one has notified us about. We (3 people) wrote an application for termination of the contract and refund of funds to us (minus those 3 classes that we attended). Initially, we were told that the managers would try to find a teacher who would take us there, but then they did not find him. After that, we insisted on a refund. We wrote the application on 04/09/2020 and for more than a month the management of this school led us by the nose. We have already reached the point that we were going to apply to the consumer protection Society, and then to the court (for reference, there is already one case against them in court, also about collecting the amount, keep in mind). The good thing is that we have good lawyers who have their own leverage, and everything was resolved in our favor. I won't describe everything we've been through, but maybe this review will help someone! As a result: the money was returned to us as early as 05/25/2020!
Dear Polyglot! You should comply with the terms of your own contract and not deceive people!
There are only negative emotions from the Polyglot school. The organization of work is terrible. Classes are stopped after they start without explaining the correct reasons and providing papers explaining the reason for the suspension of training. The school offers to pay extra for what has already been paid under the contract. There are no complaints about the teacher, but that in Spanish courses, that in English courses - they promised one thing, they got a completely different one.
If you want to get exhausted nerves and stop courses in the middle of training, then you can safely contact this school.
