One of those places where you want to come back again and again. We found out about the institution by chance and decided to visit it, as we appreciate "adult" alcohol. But what was our surprise when, in addition to an extensive selection of semi-brewers and liqueurs, we found a pleasant atmosphere, musical accompaniment (songs of the 70s-80s-90s), attentive staff (special thanks to Arina and Vlad) and delicious food - pancakes with chanterelles are just a bomb! In its flavor, this place resembles a secret hideout, where tired rockers and bikers come, throwing off their leather jackets and boots on the threshold, wearing soft and comfortable slippers, turn on a CD recording "Old songs about the main thing" and, while no one sees, sing along.

There was a rather unpleasant situation with this bar. On March 22, we visited twice. The first time, the man at the entrance gave a number for outerwear, but the second time he did not. In this regard, I could not get my sheepskin coat back. After a short conversation with the guard, I decided to watch the cameras, which they tried to dissuade me from for 10 minutes, relying on the fact that in 90% of cases, viewing the cameras proves the guest's guilt. After 5 minutes of watching, the man at the entrance abruptly finds my number ("lying under the table"). The question arises, are you doing this intentionally, relying on the degree of intoxication of people in order to "earn extra money" or is it really an accident?
After such situations, there is no desire to return to you.

This is one of the places that I remember most from my trip to Minsk. Delicious booze (just a huge selection of liqueurs), cool serving (in 20mg shots made manually). The sound is great with hanging out on the street in the summer, and the repertoire could be fresher =)
There is an opportunity to buy tinctures with you and glasses that cannot be bought ANYWHERE in retail. In total, 5 points.

The bar is bombastic, it hasn't been like this for a long time. This time, the music was a little not mine, there was a lot of pop, but I still found something to jump to for myself. Distillates are beyond praise, delicious, and most importantly, after eight pieces or more in the morning, my head is clean as I did not use it. Well, the small snacks for each glass are excellent, and the bruschettes were generally made by the gods. I really liked it, next time I will be in Minsk, I will definitely look at the light. I am writing it down in the list of my favorite establishments, there are not five of them in this list, one in Brest, one in Yaroslavl, one in Minsk and now POLUGAR.

There is a cool theme, according to the names of the letters they bring a set of tinctures. We ordered it. They brought it. The letters were mixed up), respectively, the flavors of the tinctures were mixed up. They changed it. We sit and try. As a result, we noticed that the sizes of the glasses are different)) that is, one volume is indicated in the menu, in fact, another is brought. In general, the impression is normal, but there is a feeling of some kind of use)

This place is amazing! We were in Minsk for the first time, so it was interesting to walk through different establishments, but when we went there, we stayed there until morning!) A very cool atmosphere, positive people, gorgeous karaoke for the whole hall (a feature of the institution), very (!) delicious liqueurs and cocktails (again - with a very cool feature and serving). At the same time, the most reasonable price tag. Staff special thanks - you guys are wonderful!)) Ilya - thank you for what you are doing! Be sure to visit when you are in Minsk!)

I didn't appreciate the enthusiastic looks. Yes, the food is delicious, the liqueurs are delicious. But it's wildly cold, the music is about nothing, it's kind of slow, there's not much space. It wasn't comfortable at all.

The selection of cocktails and drinks is large, there is a kitchen. Why 4 stars? Tired bartenders who are just "working off" a shift. As well as a strong smell of "kitchen" inside the room. But on the whole it is good.
