The dispatcher said the car was in traffic (although there were no traffic jams at that time). There were 20 minutes left to the bus and the dispatcher promised to wait 15 minutes again. I had to order another taxi, which arrived five minutes later. Thanks to him, we caught the bus. I will not order taxi 155 anymore.
