It turns out that I had to listen to a lot of complaints in the morning and it turns out that I did not show up yet..I went in 15 minutes on another carrier. It's good that the driver here prepared for the trip in a different way than I did and found me change, without any complaints. You can always find a way out of this situation if you want to.

The drivers through one are very rude with luggage and don't want to help at all. It feels like we owe them.... Carriers, wake up! Inhumane attitude towards passengers!

The Mercedes bus designed for 16 seats has been converted to 21 seats. The seats are short and the distance between them is correspondingly the same. I had to sit half-sideways, my knees wouldn't fit. On the street that day it was about +30, and in the bus itself it felt like +40 and above. There is no air conditioning, the hatch was modestly ajar, the built-in ventilation worked loudly and unsuccessfully above the four rear seats. People sweated, wiped themselves with napkins and endured this heat. Literally, we were traveling to Polotsk in a real steam room. This carrier proudly positions itself as a significant organization and puts late customers on the blacklist. But, at the same time, it does not care at all about the comfort and condition of the people it transports. The bus is shaking terribly, there is a very strong knock and vibration in the rear right wheel. Of course, sometimes you really need to get to Minsk quickly, but a high-speed train is preferable. I do not recommend it, you will be transported neither as people, but as cargo.

It was impossible to be in the car, it was very hot, worse than when the stove was working and it was at +30 in summer! How can you even let such a thing on a flight?! It's dangerous, and the driver with an arrogant face said that everything was fine, so fine that he was even afraid to turn it off at the stop. He constantly corresponded on the phone, and sometimes the car was carried out into oncoming traffic. The driver himself is boorish, he stinks all over the car. And the most interesting thing is that when booking for this flight, it was written "bus with the best reviews"🙈 Just terrible!! To my remark that he was carrying passengers, and the phone was distracting attention from the road, he also rudely said that I was distracting him and he was responsible only for himself and the car, not for the passengers.
