Good afternoon. I want to express my "special gratitude" to the Polotsk Mile carrier, the driver of PEUGEOT Boxer 3946 (Belyy) Andrey. After being two minutes late and running after the minibus, he just drove off in front of his nose! Yes, I agree, it's my fault that I was late, but I asked him on the phone to wait literally 2-3 minutes (because I got into traffic lights unsuccessfully). But where is even a little bit of humanity?!?!?! When a girl calls and says I'm running for your bus...but immediately God and the King proudly declares, you are too late, I left!!! It's just beastly!!!! Sometimes the minibus is late and not by two minutes, everyone stands and waits calmly.....
I travel Minsk- Novopolotsk (mostly the Polotsk express) every month for 7 years. The price is rising and the service is unfortunately deteriorating! The drivers through one are very rude with luggage and don't want to help at all. It feels like we owe them.... Carriers, wake up! Have conversations with drivers about how to communicate and serve passengers! First of all, you should be grateful that we chose you!!!
Good afternoon! Problems with the Polotsk express arise all the time. Not only that, drivers are often late, but they can't wait 5 minutes for a passenger. There was a case when the driver himself was 10 minutes late, and I was waiting at another stop. He called only 5 minutes later to say that he was leaving. It's not fate to call right away, so that the passenger has the opportunity to quickly cross the road. When I said I saw him and offered to come over now, he refused and said he would go. Inhumane attitude towards passengers!
At first, the minibus was moved to another time (earlier), I had to change my plans. Apparently, they combined two flights into one.
As a result, the minibus is packed. The seats are very narrow. They put me at the very end, 4 people can't fit there. I had to go almost squatting for 2 hours . I only managed to sit on the edge. In begomla, the driver drove everyone out into the cold for 20 minutes. I stood there, smoking. Thank you, we will not use your services anymore. Goodbye
