YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM WITH PETS! I took the cat to be sterilized, and they came back with their moustaches trimmed. After the procedure, I noticed that my cat's whiskers had been trimmed. This caused me a big SHOCK, as whiskers are an important part of animal anatomy. When I asked why the moustache was cut off, the clinic staff replied that they had not done it. However, I have a photo taken before visiting the clinic, which clearly shows that my cat's whiskers were in perfect order. Comparing this photo with what was taken immediately after the procedure, you can see a clear difference. I believe that such actions are unacceptable and unprofessional. I have no intention of contacting this clinic in the future, who knows what else they will hide from me.

For many years, I have applied to private veterinary clinics. But this time I decided to take my pet to the state hospital. I didn't regret it a bit. Very friendly staff. And when I was billed for the treatment, I was shocked. I paid 4 rubles for the consultation, examination and injection!!! 😁

Super professionals work in this clinic. They saved my pregnant dog, led her to childbirth, were in touch with me during childbirth, and restored my girl after childbirth. We are doing great, mom and kids are doing great. Thank you so much for your work.
